Stephanie totally watched him leave. Her eyes resting on his ever lying feature.
Something like that, must be taken. Like really taken.
She closed her eyes, laying back as she waited on him. Didn't take very long either, before he scared the s**t out of her.
"Hi, yeah.. uhm." She smirked as she turned to sit up and take the drink from him.
'Sure, I'll take me on your lap.' Sounded good to her.
She took a sip of the smoothie, before setting it back down. "That is so good," She looked around, no James yet.
Where the hell was he if he left befor her?
Stephanie sighed. "I guess that'll be all..I'm afraid I didn't get your name?"

By the time Landon made it down to the pool area he was fairly awake. Not like, ready to be the least bit hyper or anything, but some swimming and eating and all that would the the trick.
There was probably only a few people there. A couple girls laying out and like one person in the pool.
He walked in, looking around, though he wasn't really expecting Kaitlyn yet, while at the same time, he didn't think getting a gift or whatever should take too long...
He was walking past a blond with what looked like a server guy attending her. He wasn't paying much attention, but when she spoke... he frozed and turned slowly in that direction. It couldn't be.
Landon was openly staring, despite the sunglasses, no, there could be no mistaking it.
Of course, the smart thing to do would be to run away before she saw him, then again, he was like what, 5 feet from her chair...
Why the hell was she here!? And, and what about James and... Landon's head was spinning, he couldn't move, just stare in shock, his eyes taking in every familiar contour of her body...

Stephanie looked up as she spotted a familiar stomach. Her eyes trailed up and found his face. Her mouth flew open, her jaw totally agape.
She lifted her glasses and stood up, pushing passed the server guy and walked over to him. "What are you doing here?" It wasn't mean, or hateful.
Hardly even accusing at all.
A lump formed in her throat. Every single thought she had had in the passed few days, or weeks, rushed back over her and she blushed lightly.

Move along, move along like I know you do.. James definitely didn't like that answer. He wanted to know what the hell was going on and when he would be able to get back to Stephanie at the pool. He was ready, she was probably there by now or would be soon, and yeah, this made no sense.
For the moment though, he followed behind the guy silently as they walked out the door and... through some trees? Where the hell were they going?
James felt like he was being taken off to be murdered or some s**t.
Ah, but then it looked like they were on their way to a cabana... so like what, change of plans? Stephanie was going to meet him up there?
And when they made it the guy was just going to leave without any further explanation.
"Hey wait! What's going on? Is Stephanie meeting me here??" he called out, but he didn't even look back. Damn. So confusing. And James had a weird feeling in his gut that this was not going to go as expected... ..And even when your hope is gone

Stephanie looked just as shocked to see him as he was to see her there. It just... why? A coincidence like this... and... and when he didn't see anyone else they knew around like James or, or Kaitlyn! Yeah where was Kaitlyn!?
"Um... I'm um... weekend getaway, you know uh, like you, I guess.. your uh here with James?" he looked around awkwardly, "And yeah, you know, Kaitlyn...." he trailed off.
Yeah, Landon didn't get that nervous easily actually, but this just. Wow. He could barely speak, and she was blushing, and that didn't help any.
Why should she be blushing? And damn, was he blushing too?
Oh and dammit, he couldn't stop checking her out, in the bikini and just, damn!
"Sooo...." he scratched behind his neck, unintentionally flexing his pecks, as he stretched a little, looking off to the side, toward the door to the gate where Kaitlyn would probably be coming any second... or um, James?
And them like this... but he couldn't just like walk away, and already he was looking back at Stephanie, trying very hard to keep the blush from returning as well as his eyes on her face. Try not to follow the curve of her neck, and the much more stunning curves, and, and dammit!

Stephanie bit down on her bottom lip. "I.. Yeah.. James.. Kaitlyn.." Her eyes caught on his features.
The turn of his jaw, the tiny hairs prickling along his chin, that neck that she had kissed along many years ago.
God. Its not like they hadn't seen since the breakup, but the fact that they were alone, or mostly so, like this.. everything stood out that much more.
Not to mention the fact that she called James, Landon, just the night before.
Oh yeah, unfortunatly, she remembered that.
Then Landon reached back, scratching his neck and his muscles flexed. She felt her heart skip at least three beats at that move. Stephanie looked around him, or tried to, her eyes kept landing on him.
But no sign of James. Or Katy for that matter.
"So where's Kat?" Did her voice shake? How bad was she blushing?
Was he staring at her chest?
What?! No. Of course not! He wouldn't. He was madly, head over heels for Kaitlyn, and had been over Steph since the day she dumped him.
And when her eyes caught back on his blue/green ones she had to clear her throat.
Hayley was nearly a spitting image of both her and Landon. But she had his chin, his ears...
STOP.
She wasn't going to go there. Stephanie felt her knees go weak, she even stumbled a bit. But barely noticable before she placed her hands on her hips and tried to stand casual.
Ha.. right.. because this was totally casual. Not awkward in the slightest...

Her approval rating went down after she pushed him aside. And he was about to tell her his name. Damn, rotten luck. This Landon guy didn't seem to be what he had in his head. He was expecting someone, more his build, not less. With a slight shrug, he left them, alone, heading towards the small table in the shade. He finished setting up the breakfast planned for them all along.
This resort was awesome, messing with people the way they did. And there was no one at the pool, which made it even better, they were totally alone. David laughed evilly in his head before making his way back towards the two, didn't seem like they made much improvement at all. "If you two will follow me, the table with your breakfast is ready." He motioned them to follow before leading them straight to the table. With a curious smile he added "If there is anything else I can get you let me know."

As soon as Andrew was back at the desk, the girl came down. Holy s**t, she was fine as hell. Why would anyone doubt their past relationship with someone this smokin' by their side. Idiots, he might just steal her for himself.
"Right this way Miss Kaitlyn, we have been waiting for you" That didn't sound creepy at all. But like before, he took her where he took James and led her inside. He decided to wait in the background for a moment while they had their little reunion.
Besides, it was amusing for him. Curiosity killed the cat, good thing the cat had nine lives. He can afford to see what happened, plus it wasn't like he was in a hurry. Stacy, oh right. He stepped outside the door and phoned stacy on his walkie talkie. "Go for it, over." Was all he said, now he had some explaining to do.

Kaitlyn walked down the hall, and stood at the front desk for a while. Didn't they have staff here? Where was the worker, she wanted to get the prize Landon got her and get back to the pool. Oh, what fun they will have in the pool. Man, she was getting all excited just thinking about it. But then again, that was so Kaitlyn.
Finally she got tired of standing around and waiting, that she was just about to leave when a man, who was nice to look at came in the front door. He apologized for making her wait and asked her to follow him. Strange. She didn't protest either. If he was going to take her out back and do unmentionable things to her, well, lets just see where this goes.
Walking outside, and noticing she was leaving the building, and not leaving the building at the same time was strange. She came to a small building and was told to go inside, but no reason was given. Was it like a huge gift or something. Landon went above and beyond with this gift, whatever it was.
She walked inside to see someone already there. A man? She got a good look at his face. Holy s**t!! James? She was thrilled to see him. The feelings that she had for him were in the back of her mind, but it was a long time ago. She got over it, right?
She didn't even think about it, before like running over to him and throwing her arms around his neck. "James, it's so good to see you!" But hold on, why was he there. That didn't make any sense, was James her gift? That couldn't be right. When she let go, she was awfully confused.

Move along, move along like I know you do.. James scowled, but moved back into the building, but stayed standing. He was only planning on staying here so long before he left this place and went back, to the pool, by himself. If Stephani wasn't coming, then she was probably wondering where the hell he was.
Sooo, he'd wait to see if she was indeed coming here too, for awhile, until he was sure she wasn't.
And in fact, it was only a couple more minutes before someone was coming back.
James barely got a glimpse of her face before the girl was barreling into him. He wrapped his arms around her in a return hug, since the brief glimpse had been all he needed, and squeezed, actually lifting her off her feet for a moment.
Then he set her back down and moved back a bit, heart pounding for what seemed like no reason.
"Kaitlyn! What are you doing here!?" he asked quickly, voice a combination of excitement and confusion.
It had been awhile since he'd seen her last, since he had so busy with work, then spending the rest of his time resting, or with Stephanie. So they hadn't "double dated" in awhile, or casually or any of that.
He was grinning , but then it faltered just a little. "So wait, yeah, why are you here? I mean" he shrugged, and yet, still hadn't completely let go of her, without the thought of Stephanie walking in and seeing them like that even crossing his mind.
She looked as beautiful as ever, and with nothing but that almost clear shift over a bikini? Had she been going to the pool too?
He was pushing thoughts of Landon back with effort, but he knew she must be here with him. ..And even when your hope is gone

It seemed he was just as happy to see her as much as he was happy to see him. "I'm here with Landon. We are spending the weekend together." She laughed softly, wouldn't that be obvious, it was Kaitlyn after all. But hold on, where was Landon? Her happy smile and eyes left his face to look behind her, he wasn't there. What was going on?
"Except he isn't here.... Strange, I thought they had breakfast planned together by the pool for us." Kaitlyn may act like a ditz, she can be bright when she wanted to. "James... Is Seph here?" Her eyes finally came back to his face, in which she smiled again.
He looked amazing, there was no questioning it. It seemed that he was going to the pool also. Did that mean... Did he get a note like she did? No way. Hold on, her mind was connecting the dots slowly, but surely. It was starting to freak her out, if they were like, kidnapping them in a way. Just don't panic, and everything will be fine. . .

This is a good a time as any to butt in. "Mr James, Ms. Kaitlyn. You have been brought here, and here you will remain for the rest of your stay here. No contact with the outside world. We have placed hidden cameras, and various other devices for your use throughout the hotel. As well as special bracelets for Mr. Landon, and Ms. Stephine as well. There is a list of all the items and their uses on the table. You are now able to spy on your loved ones. Just to see if the feelings they have for each other are stronger then you think." Yea, he was pretty sure he lost them at this point.
"Everything you need will be here. Stacy will be along with yours things any moment. Please enjoy your stay." That's basically the only explanation he could give them. With a quick turn on his heels, he walked out the front door of the cabana, and locked it behind him, knowing at least James would try to get out to see his girl. He got that vibe from the type of person he was.
He would be back later, for the first thing he would ask them. Maybe the got it. The whole spying thing. Maybe this will help them move forward. But Andrew knew that Kaitlyn used to date James as well, so it's going to be interesting to see what happens.

Move along, move along like I know you do.. James was still watching the door when Kaitlyn spoke again, and he looked back, yeah, of course he had known she was here with Landon, but...
He moved back a little more, dropping his arms, just then really realizing he had still been holding her around the waist. Not exactly appropriate for just friends, and exes at that...
"Yeah, us too..." he trailed off with a slight frown when she said her and Landon were spending the weekend together here.
"Breakfast planned at the pool?" he asked sharply at the same time she asked if Steph was here too.
"Yes..." he said slowly, then a bit faster, "We were going to have have breakfast at the pool too, but I was told to go to the front desk. Then they brought me here. And they brought you here. And both of them are probably at the pool by now." he looked away, then back toward the door, then at her, then off to the side.
"What the hell are they trying to pull??" he asked, but then his eyes slid back to her and softened a little, though his expression not so much. What the hell!?
A second later, and probably after hearing all that, the guy that brought him here, and probably Kaitlyn too, came back in.
Before James could even turn his questions on him he was spewing out an explanation.
When he finished James was glaring quite viciously.
"What? No, I won't do this!" he stalked off after him, but the door was slammed in his face and swiftly locked, he discovered by the click, and the unyielding knob as he furiously jingled the handle.
Thing was, he already had a sinking feeling about Stephanie's feelings for Landon... Especially after what happened last night...
Kaitlyn was almost forgot in his anger as he slammed a hand to the door, then moved around, trying to find another way out, like a side door or window, knowing it was likely futile. ..And even when your hope is gone
