Mark followed after them inside. " Rape you? You've misunderstood horrably " Mark said to her. He looked out the first floor window to make sure there wasn't anyone else outside. " Well It's probably wasn't only him but you fell ontop of him after he fell " Mark added to Korsu.

Edward held her close as he carried her in. "Don't worry, we're not evil people. We won't hurt you." When they got back to the room, he nodded to the people still there, then laid Gem down on his bed. "Go ahead, Korsu. Don't be a perv." He said it in a teasing manner, then went to get the phone. When he returned, he spoke to Gem. "Hey, Ms. Ninja. What's your home number? I'd like to call your parents and let them know that you're here. I'm sure they're very worried about you."

"M-my parents don't have a ph-phone." She said and shifted to lay on her front, it was more comfortable but still very painful. "And why do you keep calling me that???" The girl was completely confused, "Ugh. call a doctor... And don't you dare touch me!" She glared at Korsu with a killer look.

Ayame was enjoying her walk when she noticed something that made her stop and gasp. In the distance, she saw two mercenaries carrying off Gem to what seemed to be a warehouse. Was that their base? "s**t..." She muttered and quickly ran back to her own warehouse. Once there, she ran into her room, putting on her thief outfit again. She walked out, while putting on one of her gloves, and said; "Get dressed. Now."
She would explain once they were in their outfits. Most people wouldn't do what she was about to. Most people wouldn't go out and save someone that walked out on them. But, she wasn't most people. She was going to tell the group that they were rescuing a gem because of the thief code. 'A thief shall always help one in need' If you asked her, she wouldn't admit it, but she still cared about Gem. You could see that, plain as day.

Korsu shot a look at Edward and said, "Shut it, Edward!" He went over to Gem and took his helmet off and laid in on the floor along with his sheathed sword. "If I can't touch you, then I won't be able to see if you have any broken ribs or bones." he said calmly as his piercing blue eye's, stared at Gem. "And miss, your looks don't phase me so you can drop it."

"You haven't given me your real name, so I have to call you something, right?" Edward went on, ignoring Korsu. He knew the 'my parents don't have a phone' bullcrap. He'd used it in the past, and seen it used many times. It either meant she didn't have parents or didn't want to go home. "Don't worry. Korsu is a doctor. If he tries to hurt you, I'll beat him up, O.K.?" Edward said very similar things to his little sister. It was purely truthful, and you could tell by the way he said it. His voice wasn't lying, and neither were his eyes.

Sitting up from the couch Yami was slightly confused by Ayame's orders. Didn't they just finish a raid? Seeing the look on Ayame's face, Yami chose not to argue and got dressed. Walking out into the main room Yami adjusted her spiked gloves as she said, "Ok I'm dressed, now what the hell is going on?" Yami didn't mean to be rude, but if they were going on a raid so Ayame could blow off steam, she was not going.

Gem thought a moment and then gave a small nod. "Ok, but please don't hurt me..." She bit her bottom lip and dropped the glare, her face instead went to concern and slight fear. "M-my name is Kam." She said. The girl had to give a false name otherwise they might track her later. and she still didn't trust them completely. "And I know what your thinking... My p-parents don't have a phone. F-for real." She shuttered as a wave of pain washed over her.

"Alright then, Kam. Let's start over. I'm Edward. That's Korsu, that's..." Ed stared at Mark for a moment. "...Newbie, and the two back there are too unsociable to be introduced." He indicated each person with an index finger, and pointed at the two behind them with his thumb. "You can stay for the night. I'll sleep in the kitchen."

"Something you've probably never done before. A rescue mission." Ayame told her while preparing her weapons. She took her second dagger this time too, for her katana was useless at the moment. "We have to save Gem.... I saw her getting captured by the enemy." She said, pulling on her black boots.
"We're only saving her because of the thieves' code." She added while putting on the finishing touch, her mask. She wondered if Gem had even recognized the men who had taken her were the mercenaries. She also wondered if she was ok..

"Ah, oh... ok. Sorry..." She swallowed hard and tensed at the pain it caused. "I, I can share the b-bed." She started. If there was one thing for sure it was that Gem hated feeling like a problem to someone's face. Hospitality was something she had issues with. The girl closed her eyes for a second trying to keep from crying any more, it was hard. This place was so foreign and she hadn’t been hurt like this once in her long life.

"It hasn't even been an hour yet and she's captured by the enemy!?" Yami asked in disbelief. Sure she had been stating this would happen to Gem, but she figured days or weeks later not right now! Yami had to resist rolling her eyes at Ayame's excuse to save Gem. The thieves' code? Yeah right, Ayame was worried about Gem, just like Yami was. "So how does this work exactly? I doubt stealing a person is the same as stealing loot."

"No, it's fine. After all..." Edward gained a sparkle to his eyes. "That's where the donuts are!" He blinked, then looked around the room. "Speaking of donuts, who's buying breakfast tomorrow? Is it me or the newbie? I forget." Edward said, referring to the fact that they had agreed to buy breakfast in shifts.

Mark coughed loudly then pulled Edward to him. " You sure we should be telling this Ninja miss our names ? " he questioned. " After all, you said she was one of those ninja's yourself " Mark added. He let go of Edward and looked back at Gem. " Call me Trent " Mark eyed Gem, he didn't usually go with his last name as his name but this time he was suspicious.
