Gosh ` "Thank you," she said, and went inside. The smell, which she had been able to dismiss while outside, hit her with a vengeance and her stomach rumbled in angry dissonance. She thought of a nice, crisp salad, and it quieted somewhat mutinously. "My, it's lovely in here. Shall we sit at the bar?" "If you like, my dear." He replied, and the two of them walked over. Ronnie smiled at the bartender, who was a little bit away from them. He nodded as if to say just a moment, and Ronnie nodded back. "So, what will you be having? Before he gets here?" He smiled at her, and his eyes closed slowly, then opened again. Then he winked.

She smiled and giggled a bit at the wink. "Well, i would love to try one of your B52s, and a salad, if they've got one." She looked up at him. "And you?"

Ronnie thought of pretending to take that out of context, but then he decided against it. "I'm just going to have a cheeseburger and maybe some onion rings." He shrugged. "Thats what I had last time. I've never had onion rings that good anywhere else. And of course, the B52." He took a deep breath and released it. "Its small, and you have to take it fast, like a shot. Have you ever done shots before?"

Have you ever done shots before?" "Oh, yes, i've done shots. How else do you drink, really?" She laughed a little harshly, but forgave herself. The smell of the place was intoxicating... all that food... "Onion rings sound lovely," she found herself saying, and shook her head rather violently. She quickly covered up. "But actually, i've got an allergy to onions, so you'll have to enjoy them all on you own!"

"Tch, too bad." Ronnie said. "They do them in a low-fat vegetable grease here, so they're not as fattening as they would be in a fast food joint. Plus, the owner was telling me last time I was here how he made the batter himself to be low in calories. Its amazing they don't lose flavor." He chuckled, then looked up. "Anyways, here comes the bartender."

"That's... really wonderful," Elyssa said, knowing she should slip a compliment about his figure in around this point and unable to think clearly enough to think of one. "Yes, sir, a house salad please, with... oh, Lite Ranch dressing, if you've got it, and a B52 as well." She'd been very good lately, and felt she deserved the dressing. A tiny, weak bit in the back of her brain nagged at her and demanded that she deserved dressing, onion rings, and a damned whole cow, but she silenced it with practiced ease.

"A cheese burger, some onion rings, and a B52 as well." Ronnie said, smiling as usual. "Thanks, man." The bartender walked away to the back to put in their orders. "Elyssa, are you really allergic to onion rings?" Just out of curiosity, Ronnie had never heard of onion allergies before.

Razor Sharp Kisses The woman scoffed. Certainly not the teenage boys I associate with, she said, narrowing her eyes. Giovanna looked around before looking to him. Why don't you go hunt one down? she grinned. Daigoro rolled his eyes at the woman. And how do the teenage boys you associate with act? Are you sure you can keep up with them? he asked, grinning widely. He looked to the waiter, who had finally come over. He ordered himself a large meal complete with a burger and fries. He smiled to the woman as the waiter asked for her order.

*Piper sat at her bar and smiled. Business really had picked up and she was more than thrilled her little spot had become profitable. It seemed people really liked her food and the warm homey aura she had hoped the place would have. She sipped at her wine and enjoyed watching the customers in her place.*

"Ever since i was a little girl. Well, the onions, really, not the batter and such. In fact..." she straightened and waved to the bartender. "Sir! Sir, i'm so sorry, but could you make sure not to put any onions in my salad?" The man raised an eyebrow, but nodded kindly. "Thank you." She sat, a little despondent now. Really... she loved onions, especially the thick purple kind.

The woman smiled warmly to the waiter, asking for the same. Once she was done, Giovanna looked to Daigoro and glared, kicking him hard under the table. Take that back, she demanded angrily, her eyes turning red.

It just left me in a flash." He chuckled. "Thats right, now I remember. Do you have any hobbies, dear?" He stressed the word hobbies, so that with his thick accent it came out more like 'hoe-bees.' "My, have I already asked that one?"

But no, you haven't asked it yet," Elyssa said. "I suppose you'll find me boring. I haven't got many hobbies. Most of my time is spent sitting around... i do like to paint and sketch, but i'm not sure how good i am at it. What about yourself? What do you do, when you aren't sweeping young ladies off their feet?"

Ronnie chuckled and nodded. "You're not boring, dear." He told her. "I don't do much of anything at all, myself. I like to write, poems mostly, but I, too, am unsure of my abilities." He shook his head to clear his thoughts a bit. "I generally end up with poetry that is the opposite of how I think I feel when I write it. Which is strange."
