Can I just inquire what do I need to do to improve my rank cause I want to learn Shikai but Im still unseated so I am just waiting to be a seated officer before doing so..But I dont know how?? can someone plzz tell me... Thanks

Correct grammar would help your chances a little, but it requires 2 months to be eligible for shikai, so just hang tight. Your activity in the guild and squad will definitely help your chances with climbing the ranks, as well as, challenging others for their ranks.

So basically if I keep myself active for 2 months, there will be a chance that I will become a seated officer Cool. Also the number of post you have over the 2 month period it will affect my chances right??

Yes, but you can't go about posting everywhere. Once you're somewhere in a thread within this squad you need to make an exit post before running everywhere. It's a guild-wide rule. Once you're somewhere you need to make an exit post from there before posting elsewhere.
