I figure, "Ok, I'll give you a shot" it IS about time to get some new members.
PostPosted: Wed Sep 09, 2009 6:17 pm

We can see if they will be active or not until they join anyway. All we can do is put some pressure on them and hope for the best.

I actually need to cut back on Gaia and I wished wasn't during "my arc". I don't want to disappear and have you guys in a RP deadend.

Oh with the early comment about High School, i was lucky. a bit more balanced than your normal high school. Jocks weren't in charge and the cheerleaders were just kinda there. we were a force in sports but the music department had the steady rep of dominating all who opposed it.

Still college life I like better! I have control in what I want to learn and when. not to mention meeting others with similar interests is way easier.

Hence, the application process.

I'm practically forced to cut back on Gaia, but I'm cool with it.

Funny thing is, the school I'm in is so overcrowded that there really is nobody "in charge" around.

And yeah, I'm slightly jealous of all of you in college. (I would not be surprised if I was the youngest active guild member.)

Enjoy high school pen, you will miss not paying for school when you get to college.

Which is why I said "slightly", quite frankly neutral

Whoops sorry I must have given you the wrong impression. High School is done for me I was just lucky back then to come from a well balanced high School.

This my second year of college and I still owe the school around a 2 thousand. So i get where your coming from Skotti. With classes and the job I have paying that is going to take some time.

shoot, some days I miss high school; living at home, not paying to go, good food (or at least just plain food) whenever I want it...
I mean seriously, breakfast today was some dudes trail mix I found in the radio station, and I can guarantee that I will not be so lucky tomorrow.

Well, I guess I am one of the only fortunate ones here, then, to have rich relatives (from my mum's side). My Uncle is going to pay for my schooling for me.
Actually, if I hadn't allowed my knee to get ******** up years ago (in nineth grade) then I'd currently be attending a College of my choice on a Soccer Scholarship.

******** highschool... i'm a dropout. >.> not cause i don't value education, but rather because i wasn't allowe dto be educated.

maybe i'm just oblivious to cliques, but i never saw any. i do't believe in it anyway. i only last year even discovered that they ACTUALY exist in real life! xd but yeah, in highschool i was the poor ghetto kid from homeschool, who begged for food or money, did all his school in class, never brought home homework, joined a gang, sat with the asian kids who couldn't speak english during lunch, went to a crisis stabilization unit and got arrested. xp i don't owe that place s**t! they owe ME!
PostPosted: Wed Sep 09, 2009 9:35 pm

In Highschool I was one of those people who would have sat with the "Goth Kids", but I was typically friends with everyone (well, not everyone. Just the ones that didn't hate Mexicans or people who dressed a certain way). Of course I got along with the Theatre geeks, the "Nerds", The Soccer team (for obvious reasons), and I was friends with mostly the people that nobody ever liked but turned out they were ******** awesome people.

*shrugs.* there were plenty of people i talked to, sure... actually, second yera in highschool wa sgoing to be a bit more promising social-wise, though still the principal and his buddies kept me down... but unfortunately they took away the only few things i had going for me. it's whatever. maybe i'm just the angry and troubled youth, but i have passion, drive, intelligence, street-smarts to boot, and rough life experience. the world is in for a bumpy ride, cause i am taking a leading charge in the revolution. this generation is the one that is going to rise up! anyone who hasn't been able to see that since 06 is ******** ignorant.
PostPosted: Wed Sep 09, 2009 10:45 pm

A revolution? We don't need one. We have a black President (who I voted for), for ******** sake. We don't need a revolution. We're perfectly fine. Not economical wise, but in other areas we're perfectly well.

...........................

so... because we have a presidant who isn't purely white, everything's coolio? for crying out loud, Racism is still strong and getting aggrivated now, there was fear of assassination that STILL hasn't entirely left yet, and the middle east is in political and religious turmoil!! china is launching a slow takeover of the world by both economic and military means, and india is treating pakistan like it's toilet!! i am not talking about a revolution for just America! i'm talking about the revolution that is going on in the whole world right now, the one that is simultaneously opposed by and feuled by a borderline holocaust ticking time-bomb!!

just look around at the world and what's going on. research, interview, and investigate! seriously. it disgusts me when people say things like you did just there... whether or not the world needs a revolution (and it does) one is happening. *shrugs.* that's that.
