[[I am not sure what all of the "hims" are in your post, Serrenedy, but I've deduced that you somehow ended up moving from the warehouse to the junk shop while running from the police; please correct me if I'm wrong.]]

Remi hit the ground hard. There was a rather alarming noise from the case on his back, but it was a hardshell case so he was pretty confident that his oud would be ok. He dropped his staff, which was at this point a few feet from him. "Excuse me madame; I did not meen to impede your path, but I don't understand why you think my getting in your way is a pattern as I've never seen you before in my life and thus could never have been in your way more than this once," Remi said, somewhat confused. He, of course, was very distracted the first time he had encountered the girl and thus had no recollection of her whatsoever.

((Sorry I haven't been on, I've had a crazy week.))

Derek recognized the part the girl was showing around: his company manufactured them. It wasn't an essential part, but it did it's job. But, that was all he noticed before a wicked shimmy began to run through the ship.
"Bloody hell!" He said as he gripped a wall. He didn't know what was wrong, but he hoped it would be fixed, and fast.

Alice swung into the dark room, the light source being the fires being shown from the portholes near the bottom of the mammoth cylinders in the corners. The blooming light from the center boiler lighted the hallway before it. It began to violently shake, ripping itself apart from the pressure. The large gauge had it's protective glass shattered from trying to measure the grand heat it gave. "Go begin to reroute the other four to distribute power also to the main blades!" She went behind the shaking boiler, a large toggle with 'KILLSWITCH' boldly branded above it. Her mechanical arms took hold of the rusted worn part and heaved the switch down, stopping half way before giving fully. The boiler gave an inturnal clatter, followed by various spurts of steam.

Rufus ran up the stairs to the deck, the sun blinded him from it's position of mid day. The ship struggled to keep it's level position. His footing was fragile as he went towards the windowed upper deck, were he saw Cornelius rapidly flipped switches, mashing various buttons. The door swung forward.
"Can we hold air?" Rufus questioned.
Searil was trying to hold his footing.
"I doubt it, I'm trying to get out of city limits to at least try to safely land."
Searil turned to look at Rufus, seeing what looked to be a ship or two chasing them. "We have more trouble."

((Most of the 'hims' are her fighting her attackers. And this is the sister, she was by the junk shop to begin with))

"Once to many" She growled as she untangled herself from him. She grabbed her hammer along with the stolen goods. "Now if you don't mind, I've got thieving to do."

Sally stopped the spell she was doing on seeing something in the boiler that looked wrong. She reached in and pulled out a plastic bottle of what had contained alcohol. "OOOOOOOOOOHHHHH-someone tried to hurt you!!!"

As soon as he heard the word "thieving," he was afraid that the woman had stolen his oud, which he was too distracted to realize was still on his back. "You're not going anywhere," he said, as he picked himself up, grabbed his staff, and swung at her ankles, attempting to trip her

[[Was there something in a previous post (somewhere in this RP) about a bottle thrown into the boiler or are you making that up?]]

Alice turned her head, seeing the small girl holding the bottle. The label said something she couldn't quite read....
Then she came to the bolded text of vodka.
Angered air came from her nostrils silently as she began to inspect the boiler more.

The Freeglory began to drop, the edge of the city approaching. Cornelius slammed the leveling bars for the 4 supportive blades up. They began to catch more air, the ship was still slowly pulled by gravity down.

Moe did as Alice asked, horrified of the possible consequences.
"Oh dear...."

Serrendy caught the pole with her hammer and growled. "You're one of them" She sighed and leveled with him. "I kill people for annoying me, I've got a kid to feed, no one hires me 'cause I'm a woman, and you're already on my bad side. Only 'cause I'm tired am I giving you the option to leave me be...or I'll just kill you now-whatta ya say to that hun?"

Sally winced at the glare the older woman had. Not towards her, but still. "Um...I'll just keep spelling" She whimpered and returned to chanting

Remi, realizing that his oud, was in fact, still on his back, decided that losing a physical fight for nothing wouldn't be worth it. "That makes two of us who can't find a job then," Remi said regretfully. "Nobody cares for street musicians these days and I haven't found an airship that needs an engineer or an unofficial clergyman," he continued. He looked at her a little longer and realized that she looked an awful lot like the little girl that he saw earlier.

"You know," he said, "it's kind of funny; you look a lot like this little girl I saw earlier today..." he trailed off.

((Sally's adopted but o.k.-I'll assume you're talking about skin color.))

She sighed. "You'd make a bad thief...no offence. You looked like you were in a trance before. Wait, someone who looks like me?" She laughed-an almost barklike sound. She took her cap off-sending her fuchsia locks down her back. "She musta been dirty" She joked as she used the cap to wipe off some of the soot-revealing tan skin. Se laughed again at the thought of someone with black skin...unless. "Wait, this 'little girl' she have white hair and a staff?"

"Yes, in fact, she had both white hair and a staff," Remi said. "She stowed away on a decrepit airship for no apparent reason earlier today..." he trailed off. He really wished he was on that airship and not in this crummy antique shop looking for useless junk.

[[sorry, I forgot that her profile said that she was adopted, so yeah assume I was talking about skin color]]

The Freeglory continued to wobble and drunkenly glide though the air. The ground becoming a closer and closer resort.
"It can't pull back up!" Cornelius took a brief moment to look outside before going back to the panel. "We are going down!"
The ship impacted into the patchy forested area barely outside of the grand city. Landing front first as it slowly dragged itself.

"That should hav-." Alice suddenly was tripped by the floor shifting, she fell backwards, her back finding no comfort with the wall, all the wind being forced from her lungs. She gritted her teeth painfully as she tried to regain balance as the ship did.

Cornelius held onto the wheel for dear life, Rufus slipped onto his back to the floor as Searil grasped the fortunate edge of a window.
The ship stopped, leaving a trail of freshly plowed soil and trees to boot. The ship then leveled.

"Why'd she..." Serrenedy trailed off, internally counting off the date. She smacked her forehead. "Only Sally" She looked back up at Remi through her bangs and piled her hair back up on her head-placing her now sooty cap on top as she appraised him. "You come with me, I need to find her before she kills herself, or those around her for that matter. I need someone to navigate, and if you're good you can travel with us. I can't pay you, but I'll give you room and board." She turned and briskly started walking. "Are you coming?" She asked harshly.

Sally screamed as the ship shook her and ended up grabbing onto a door frame to keep from falling up. When the ship leveled she fell down. She gasped for few precious seconds-before bursting into tears.

"I'm not much of a navigator, but I've been on enough airships to know a little bit, and otherwise I can at least provide some entertainment," he said. "Besides, I really need to get out of this place; it's rather dull and gloomy. And money is not important to me compared to the thrill and experience of travel. Just make sure I don't wander off anywhere; I have a tendency to become rather distracted."

Remi got together his things and ran after the woman. He smiled: he was finally going to get out of here. He realized that he didn't even know the woman's name whom he was following. "Excuse me madame, but I don't believe we were ever properly acquainted. My name is Remi," he said.

She nodded, growling to herself as she noted the older boy's stature. "Rule one of my ship-poke fun at my hight and I hight and I smash you with the hammer. Rule two-I make rules up as I go and ignorance of them is no reason not to follow them, rule three-you'll figure out when you break a rule cause you'll be dead or at least injured cause I'll smash you with the hammer." She walked very fast and within a few minutes she was in the woods of the park. She walked up to the ship-covered in tree branches like foliage. "Any questions?" She demanded as she opened up the hatch
