((The thrift store thing does usually work really well. for my Azula costume, I only had to make the belt and sash that hangs from it and the shoulder guards; the actual outfit I'm just using a modified red graduation robe. XD))

^ Has a cool new hair color. =D
Has always wanted to dye her hair an eccentric color like teal or pink or neon green. XD >
v Knows how to make cake from scratch.
((@JK: Ah, I see. Thanks a lot of asking him! ^-^
I think that I'm going to try making my own pattern with my mom's help. >>; I just hope that it comes out okay.

Also, my Halloween costume is a dark lolita version of Alice from Alice in Wonderland. ^-^ It's a black dress with poofy sleeves and a poofy skirt. It laces and ties up the front and has a little white apron with it. Along the end of the skirt, it has a sort of lacy border and it has an attatched petticoat underneath that makes it all... Poofy... And pretty. xD It also comes with black and white striped stockings. ^-^))

< can make cake from scratch, and also has wanted to dye her hair neon green for about 9 years now (but stupidly keeps getting jobs that require or "prefer" natural hair colors)
v finds limes to be delicious
((Good luck with that Chibi K...yea my mom and me found a pattern and she made the dress I'm wearing to my friend's wedding. So while most of my friends paid like $100+ for a dress, I paid about $50 total for a pattern and materials. I really like the dress too, which I had been more help but uhh *guilty face*...yeaaaaaaaaa...nifty costume btw too!))

Wow, that's awesome! =o I can't believe that people would pay $100+ for theirs when they could make it. And it'd fit them perfectly too! =o I like the idea of people making their own clothes. XD

^ Is possibly looking forwards to Halloween but is being very vague so it's hard to tell.
< LOVES trampolines - did not love the power outage today though ~_~
v will get into an altercation with an imaginary panda at some point in the near future.
((as soon as I finish my doctorate and obtain a professorship and have worked for at least a few years and have presented much impressive work I can probably do whatever I want with my hair. Hope by then I still want to ~_~))

The reason I can't have crazy colored hair is simply because my dad won't let me. D; I think I might dye it when I go to college and then get my normal color back when I finish there. >o>))

((aww, I can't lie because it's true, but still makes me feel like such a horrible person. I'm the Samhain Grinch!!! Though not proud of it, I'm not that bad, really ~_~))
^ was scary last Halloween, shall aim to be sexy this one
< hopes to one day start and finish a jester costume, perhaps finally giving her some Halloween spirit (and yea I can say the alphabet backwards, also in French and Attic Greek - mostly, my pronunciation always leaves a bit to be desired in every language, why I majored in writing/lit analysis versus communication/speech ^_~).

^ is amazing for being able to name all the states, much less alphabetically.
< recently been working on memorizing state capitals again, I'm up to 25 without writing anything down (as I don't have a visual imagination this makes it hard). I could probably do a bit more if I wrote things down to keep track as I go. Yay flash back to 8th grade (don't ask why, even I don't know why I do the things that I do most of the time).
