MitsukaiMitsukai’s back went straight when Mitsukai heard that wretched voice again. “Hello, I’m Mitsukai and I know who you are.” Mitsukai said and took off her glove. She touched Lorrie and showed her everything she knew. All the memories with Lorrie and Thorne. Then she showed Thorne’s heartbreak. “For someone so ugly, you’re kind of beautiful. No wonder Thorne liked you so much.” Mitsukai said and smiled softly.
When she touched Lorrie she made sure to take every memory and every thought, but not her powers. Mitsukai did not want to be leaking acid all day. She turned away from Lorrie. “Could you sit somewhere else? I don’t necessarily like scum next to me, and that’s what you are, and always will be.” Mitsukai said with words like daggers.
She then closed her eyes and thought over Lorrie’s memories. She wasn’t over Thorne, ugh. As if Mitsukai needed another reason to dislike her. Just the teacher introduced herself and told everyone to find a seat. “Bye.” Mitsukai mumbled to Lorrie. ((sorry so short.]]

Lorrie Etterling I’ve tried to go on like I never knew you. I’m awake but my world is half asleep. Lorrie heard herself gasp as Mitsukai replayed all her moments with Thorne, and Thorne after their breakup. She immediately grew angry. That was her relationship with Thorne, and her memories. They weren’t mere images for this b***h to throw around. She knew how much that Thorne had suffered because of her, but having the memories shoved in her face was too much. Eyes narrowed, Lorrie glared at Mitsukai wishing for her to drop dead.
“Well aren’t you special.” Lorrie hissed at her, her face close to hers threatening. “You think you know him because of your fancy power, but I’m sure he wouldn’t even be talking to you right now if you didn’t find out about his past. You make me sick. At least I know because he told me himself. I know I hurt him, and I’m sorry for that, but you have no right to throw the past back in my face. Who are you to him? Nothing! A mere acquaintance that he happened to meet by chance. And he didn’t just like me, he loved me. And he still does! Or, am I wrong?” she finished knowing that she would strike a nerve. “Why don’t you just jump out the window and drop dead.” She said before taking her things and walking to the farthest seat away from her muttering curses all the way. She had been going to try and be her friend, but apparently Mitsukai though herself to good for her. Whatever. But, she wasn’t going to let that b***h have her Thorne if it was the last thing she did, she thought as she listened to the teacher start instructing. [[ehh mine’s kinda short too] I pray for this heart to be unbroken, But without you all I’m going to be is incomplete.

Nikky had gotten up early that morning to get ready. She grumbled as she climbed out of bed and hoisted herself into the shower. She emerged about fifteen minutes later, feeling refreshed and awake. Nikky made her way to her closet and rummaged around for some clothes.
After finally assembling the perfect outfit, she went back to the bathroom and applied her usual amount of makeup. Basic mineral foundation, eyeliner, and mascara, and a hit of eyeshadow. Once she deemed herself presentable for the day, she grabbed her school bag, filled with the necessary first day supplies, and headed to the cafeteria after grabbing her cell and ipod.
As she was walking down the hall, Nikky pulled out her schedule, and found that she was in advanced cosmetology first thing. By the time she made it to the cafeteria, most everyone was leaving for their classes, so she grabbed a biscuit to go and headed to her classroom..

Daina woke up, rubbing her eyes. What did she do after the movie last night? It took her a moment before she remembered. Her and Adam were like the last ones to make it to Maggie Moo's. They ate their icecream and talked. Daina got a message from Cadence that she had gotten back to the school already, and that's when Daina realized how late it was, said her good bye, and made her way back to school.
Now, seeing as Daina can heal herself, she doesn't need alot of sleep, so in all actuality, she went down to breakfast around five thirty in the morning, grabbed herself a egg and bacon biscuit, and headed back to her dorm to pass the time before she needed to get ready. Daina had her outfit ready and waiting for her. So, after she took a shower, she got dressed, applied her makeup, and made her way to her first class of the day, chemistry, with her school bag prepped with the basics.

Cadence had managed to get to sleep after taking a relaxing shower the night before. Now, she woke up, feeling a bit better, and ready to face the oncoming day. After going to the bathroom and washing her face, Cadence grabbed her outfitand got dressed. Then, making her way back to the bathroom, she put on a basic powder foundation, and eyeliner, for she never needed mascara, and she wasn't up to adding eyeshadow.
Once ready, Cadence grabbed her school bag and headed down to the cafeteria for a quick breakfast. When she got to the cafeteria, most everyone was leaving for class, so she headed through the line and grabbed a chicken biscuit, then headed to her first class, English 4. She saw Mistukai talking to a new girl, well, more like arguing. Mitsukai wasn't too happy about the new girl, apparently. Once the girl got up and walked away, obviously seething, Cadence took her newly vacated seat. "I take it I missed something this morning at breakfast." Cadence whispered to Mitsukai as the teacher began her instruction.

Mitsukai Mitsukai tried to think of everything Lorrie just said. And well it was true. She suddenly felt bad, not for Lorrie. Oh no, there was going to be a b***h down, and it surly would be Lorrie. When Mitsukai showed Lorrie how Thorne suffered, the only thing Lorrie took as a concept was, that he still loved her! Thorne wanted to move on, and just because Lorrie was back, he wouldn’t change that. Would he? Mitsukai grabbed her iPhone and texted Cory. ‘That b***h is ******** dead, understand.’ She then listened to the teacher. The teacher assigned them to write a paper about a feeling. Oh Mitsukai had a feeling alright.
‘How many times can she hurt his soul? By Mitsukai Kaji.
So many times you let them get through. To merely crush and devour you They never change, you never understand Nor will you ever, you’re a stupid man
Now they come again Her main goal is to hurt you my friend But I guess it’s simply far too late What’s going to happen is strictly fate She started writing. As she wrote she thought over the thoughts and memorys of Lorrie. One thing was for certain, Lorrie was going to try her everything to crush Mitsukai. Oh dear, that b***h was going down. Mitsukai looked at Candance. "I'm going to rip her out emotinaly and physicaly." Mitsukai said angrily.
(( post for Thorne, i wanna read his reaction for Mitsukai rushing off at breakfast. Do you wanna just go to the next class, because nothing else is whoa important anymore, i kinda wanna rush through class. ]]

Thorne Ramiro Scar tissue that I wish you saw, Sarcastic mister know it all… As soon as Lorrie left the table, Thorne felt himself crumbling. It just wasn’t in him to be mad at her when she looked at him with those eyes. Mitsukai’s reaction however put Thorne on the defense. It seemed almost out of proportion. Thorne felt himself getting angry. Lorrie was his ex-girlfriend and therefore his battle. He didn’t need someone standing up for him. He just needed someone to care. He watched Mitsukai create a thunderstorm outside, and listened to Joseph and Cory’s conversation. He was instantly disturbed. He hadn’t known Mitsukai that long, but he did know Lorrie. And from what he knew, she may be sensitive, but she was definitely not going to let anyone push her around. This was getting way out of line. Thorne wasn’t going to let two girls fight over him. It was the stupidest thing he had ever heard. He was going to put a stop to this before it even started. Standing up suddenly he bid goodbye to everyone and left, throwing his uneaten breakfast away as he went.
Entering his Anatomy class, Thorne sat down by a window to stare moodily at the thunderstorm that appeared and just as quickly stopped. He was hoping this day would be less tense, but obviously God hated him or something. Really did she have to show up now? But, maybe this was just another obstacle. If he couldn’t get over her now, he never would. Turning his attention to the teacher at the front of the room, She was now asking for everyone to take their seats, which Thorne felt was unnecessary seeing as most of the class was sitting already. [[I don't mind rushing through class.]] I pray for this heart to be unbroken, But without you all I’m going to be is incomplete.

Mitsukai Mitsukai listened to the teacher until the bell rung, second period. Oh goody goody, class with Thorne. Mitsukai remembered her reaction, Thorne was most likely mad at her. She got up and handed the teacher her assignment and headed to second period. When she got there she sat down at the back of the classroom. She grabbed her notebook and turned to the second page and started drawing. She was drawing outside raining, which was how she felt. She wanted school to be over for today, so she could figure out how to get Lorrie to ******** off and leave Thorne alone.
Mitsukai looked at the sunshine; most of the puddles were drying up. She knew when Thorne walks in she’d simply apologize. And she knew he’d talk her into leave Lorrie alone. Then she’d tell him if she couldn’t mess with Lorrie, he couldn’t mess with Cory. Mitsukai wasn’t dumb; she knew Thorne wanted to do something to Cory.

Kyuubi walked to his next class. He was glad he knew some people in this class. He walked into Advanced Power Control "Hey Mitsukai" he greeted then walked to a nearby seat. After this class he would leave and go to his Dimension for some of his own training and make sure everything was all right. He was glad he could leave the last two classes of the day for that. He sat down and waited for the the class to start.

Can I ask you a question please? //:Archimedes Primus++. . . Crap. Crapcrapcrapcrap. He'd slept in late. Why? Because he'd demolished his alarm clock making that present for Nikki. Stupid, stupid, stupid! Devon shot out of bed and immediately jumped into the shower. He'd sweated in his sleep, and didn't want to smell like ick for his first day of class. As much as he loathed it, he washed up quickly and scampered out. Five minutes till class. He'd never make it in time! This was certainly not a good foot to start on. Pacing his room wet, dripping, and starkers, Devon tried to think of excuses or loopholes or... something. Wait! The bell system was electronic! Perfect. He pressed his hands against the wall only for them to slide wetly. Oh, right. Still wet. He nabbed a towel and did a quick scrubbing before returning to the wall. Concentrate... concentrate... ah ha! He disabled the bell for another five minutes, then remembered oh yeah, you might need clothes. Going to class naked was only funny once. He pulled a '...And then Buffy staked Edward. The End' shirt over his head, pulled some pajama pants on, some Vans, and off he went.
First class — BCIS. He loved BCIS. He had already taken it in junior high, but he loved being around computers and couldn't resist taking it again in high school. It would be an easy credit since he knew all the work, and he'd feel at peace being around the buzzing hymn of his beloved electronics. However, he managed to nab a bottle of cold coffee and a cold sandwich from the cafeteria before rushing off. The bell rang right as his butt hit the seat, and he smiled satisfactorily. Perhaps he had helped someone else out this morning, too. Who knew? He caught his reflection in the computer monitor and groaned. His hair had dried mostly, and was becoming curly. He hadn't taken the time to straighten it this morning, being in a rush and all, and was starting to resemble Shirley Temple with all his curls.. Oh well. Maybe he could do something about it when he skipped gym (which he always skipped). . . . Promise you won’t laugh at me?

Lorrie Etterling Can you feel it breaking? Into pieces underneath. Lorrie sighed when she heard the assignment. Writing about feelings, what a complicated thing. There was no way that a lousy poem could ever describe the intricate complexities of emotion…she would know. She felt it from her friends and family every day of her life. A loose train of thought circled her head as she scribbled the forming semblance of poetry onto her paper. Calmly I sit
Or so it seems…
My face blank My emotions checked Life is more pleasant that way How they would laugh If they saw the confusion in my head The swirling thoughts Scrambling to hold one last thread Of reason Others scream and run about Like a barrel of monkeys Set loose to terrorize others That sit calmly like me Or so it seems…
Instead I know what goes on Inside their minds I know the pain That scratches at their composure The feeling of drowning inside their heads The bubbling acid that wants out, Out right now Now! Now! NOW! NO! I must keep it in check This monster that is taking over my head This evil that laughs as it tears the inner workings of me Rips them To unrecognizable bits This monster covered in oily scales with demon eyes That rears its head and grins a blood-toothed grin But this façade of mine Is of utmost importance So I sit calmly
Or so it seems…
The bell stopped her pen as it had glided across the paper. Turning in the paper, Lorrie decided she’d skip her next class. It wasn’t all that important---it was just choir, no big deal. Plus, she needed some down time if she was ever going to work out the big mess that was her life. Walking outside, she hoped to pick up a spare breeze under the shade of a tree. Settling down so her back was resting on the trunk, Lorrie took a deep breath and started to doze catching up on the sleep she should have gotten the night before. Someone's got to say it. It might as well be me. Goodbye.

Thorne Ramiro Scar tissue that I wish you saw, Sarcastic mister know it all… Thorne looked up in surprise from his bored stupor. The bell was ringing. The class had gone pretty fast for what he thought would be one long sleep fest. Not that Anatomy wasn’t ‘fascinating’ or anything, but Thorne could think up several different things he would rather be doing than listening a teacher lecture on body parts.
Entering the classroom, he took the seat next to Mitsukai sighing as he did so. He really didn’t want to do anything to alienate Mitsukai from him, but he wasn’t going to anyone fight his battle’s for him whether mentally of physically. It was his problem to succeed or fail with at his own doing, not hers. “Look…Angel.” He started slowly trying to figure how to put it without seeming like he was attacking her, “I don’t like it when you get angry or nasty to my ex. It’s my ex, my problem. Got it?” [[[uhh I’m running on low. I don’t know what’s wrong with my writing lately. Why is it short!?]] Close your eyes and I'll kiss you 'cause, With the birds I'll share… This lonely view.

Mitsukai Mitsukai sighed, eh first period sucked. “To late, sorry Hun.” Mitsukai mumbled. She then faced him. “I am really sorry about this morning, I overreacted and was immature. And I’m sorry for snapping at Lorrie when she came to me in first period. Plus side, she’s not over you. Bad side, she wants me dead, seriously. But she’s going to settle with tearing our friendship apart, she wants you as far away from me as she can manage.” Mitsukai than looked down. She didn’t want to look up at Thorne. She didn’t want to see his reaction. She didn’t want to do anything except injure Lorrie.
Mitsukai thought over the harsh words she said to Lorrie, and the harsh words Lorrie said back. Lorrie’s words took their course, Mitsukai was hurt. Mitsukai’s words hadn’t taken their course. Lorrie was the better b***h. “She’s going to win, it’s so obvious. No matter how I mess with her, she’s going to make you hate me. So I figure I’d leave her alone. Let her win the easy way. But I know my friends are going to step in. So, so sorry babe.” Mitsukai mumbled, still drawing. She was admitting defeat before it happened. She was apologizing before she had to. Yea, Mitsukai knew she’d end up punching Lorrie in the face. She had absolutely no doubt about that. Mitsukai also knew, when she did that, Lorrie was going to win, and make Thorne hate her. So; lose or lose situation. Mitsukai was getting at least one hit in if she was going to lose.

~Jet Brody~
O, it is excellent to have a giant's strength, but it is tyrannous to use it like a giant.
"You're of a dangerous sort, Jet," Mike said, putting his fists together, cracking his knuckles. He turned and took a few steps away. "You've been given a gift that has a curse. As they say, power corrupts and ultimate power corrupts ultimately. Guess which one you have." He turned back around as he said this, looking into Jet's eyes as if he was searching for something.
"I'm ... dangerous?" He repeated.
"Yes," Mike replied coldly, breaking the eye-to-eye gaze. "You'll doubt me now, say you'll never do it. But you will become overly proud of your abilities. You have an arsenal of powers, and you will be tempted to get whatever you want using with them. Or just destroying other heroes because they're inferior. I can't do anything to keep this from happening, but if it does, I will kill you." He had done it before. "I will teach you how to control it however, and maybe it can be avoided..."
This time.
Suddenly, someone had burst into the room. He must have lessened his grip on the door, while thinking about the past. "Who are you?" He demanded from her.
The highest proof of virtue is to possess boundless power without abusing it.

Thorne Ramiro Scar tissue that I wish you saw, Sarcastic mister know it all… Wait…what? That was the question going around in Thorne’s head after Mitsukai’s explanation. Thorne put his head in his hands trying to sort his muddled thoughts. But when she said her final words, well that did it. “This isn’t a damn competition, Mitsukai! I’m not some stupid prize, and there is no winning and losing. I don’t understand why you’re so threatened by her. We were over years ago, and just because I can’t come to terms with that doesn’t mean we will get back together ‘cause I know that definitely won’t happen.” Thorne said angrily as he slammed his fist on the desk effectively blowing it up earning a reproving glance from the teacher which he ignored. Lorrie had only been here since this morning, and he was already sick of this triangle that she was creating. Thorne hid his eyes with his hand. He really couldn’t look at Mitsukai anymore.
He was being hypocritical, and he knew it. Only this morning he had been ready to beat Cory to a pulp, but now that Mitsukai had the similar feelings towards Lorrie, he wasn’t going to let her do that. It was different, he mentally argued. In his eyes, Cory had been at fault. But in his relationship, he blamed himself. Thorne had been at fault for not telling Lorrie about his powers. And when she had run from him, he had been stupid and wallowed in self-pity so that he couldn’t even fix the broken remnants. The only problem was that it wasn’t different. It was the same exact scenario, and yet he couldn’t face the fact and therefore was being a stupid hypocrite. Damn relationships, and damn his life. Why was everything so complicated? Was it so much to ask for a life with one straight path, and not the maze he was currently trying to figure out? He couldn’t talk to her. He wouldn’t be able to form the right words that he needed to use. So, he took advantage of her powers.
Thorne grabbed Mitsukai’s closest wrist demandingly, and without any explanation pulled off her glove. His eyes smoldered as he pressed his hand to hers interlacing their fingers in a contradictory gesture of how he really felt. Thorne let all his anger and confusion rip through her letting her know that people and feelings were on the line. This wasn’t a game to him, and it shouldn’t be to her. ‘This isn’t about Lorrie.’ He bristled in his mind letting his thoughts course through the connection their hands made. ‘This is about us. What do you want us to be, Mitsukai? No games. I want the truth.’
Taking a deep breath, Thorne willfully pushed back his anger. He had to be calm about this. Losing temper would do nothing for him. “I won’t go back to her,” he whispered letting the thought and sound coincide with each other. Thorne closed his eyes. He wouldn’t blame her if she ran away now. He was volatile and a danger to be around. Here he was making a scene in a classroom for goodness sakes, he almost laughed at the thought. He was such a b*****d. Close your eyes and I'll kiss you 'cause, With the birds I'll share… This lonely view.
