Kimi shook her head and hushed Dem softly. She patted his shoulder and kept leading him towards her own room where Trace was hopefully fast asleep. "It's okay, don't worry about it, Gab's a good kid. Nothing's going on. She's just having another attack. Gab's got it." Kimi opened the door to her room and led Dem inside turning on the light as she did.

By the sudden change of emotion is Val's face, Parker knew something was up, and this guy behind her wasn't helping much either. He grabbed a hold of her hand, threw the door open, and made a run for it with her right behind him. "C'mon!" He led her threw the maze of hallways until they got to the back door of the club and opened that door open as well, darting out across the street and down a few blocks until they were far enough a way so that the man didn't follow. Parker took a moment to catch his breath, laughing slightly at the excitement of the whole thing. He let go of her hand, "sorry 'bout that."
Trace's eyes shot open at the sound of a high pitched scream. Tess? But before he could jump out of bed to see what all the commotion was about the light in Kimi's room had been turned on. He shielded his eyes and let them adjust for a second. "What the hell is going on out there?

Kimi glanced at Trace and shook her head. She walked to the bed and sat down on the end near his feet. "Nothing, go back to sleep. Tess had a bad dream, Gab's got it. Don't worry." She yawned and looked at Dem waiting for him to spaz, because he would. Dem and Tess were-use to be close, but something had changed. And Kimi liked the idea of Gab and Tess, they would be good, healthy for each other.

A rush of warmth surrounded Tess' still trembling body. She tried to regain her posture but it was nearly impossible. Although her cries began to soften the rest of her still felt like it was being suffocated. Her nails still dug into her skin and her frail body still tense with anxiety. She could almost make out a mixture of words, but it was unclear to her what was being recited. As moments passed by her screams were minimized to soft cries that still escaped from her parched lips. It was then that Tess realized it was Gab who was holding her. Her body loosened and eased into his embrace and her hands fell from her face and held onto his arms. She buried her head into the nape of his neck, letting him scare away the voice in her head. You'll always be alone, the voice repeated, followed by the laughter that haunted her almost every night for the past month. She opened her mouth as to talk, but only a whisper came out. "Make it all stop," her voice quivered.

Gab heard Tess's request and so he did the only thing he really knew how to, to make it all stop, he pushed her down gently back onto the bed and kissed her softly. "I'll always be here with you Tess. Always." He said and ran a hand though her long soft hair. Gab pressed himself against Tess and held her tight trying to melt the anxiety away with his own body heat and will. He whispered calming words into her ear and rubbed his face against her own.

Tess moved her arms upwards so they wrapped loosely around Gab's neck as his lips pressed against her own. Soon enough she felt the soft mattress underneath her, and Gab's chest against her's. She listened intently to each word Gab said that slid so smoothly from his lips. She pushed herself against him, wanting to get as close to him as possible. The once overwhelming voice grew softer and her breaths slowed with each reassuring word and each second Tess stayed with Gab. "Don't go," her voice soft, wishing the moment wouldn't end.

Gab chuckled and rolled his shoulder before moving to kiss Tess' neck. He made sure he was being gentle and breathed softly. "I've been with you since the day you showed up in this sad little school, what make's you think I'd go anywhere now?" He move his face to kiss her lips, he tilted his head and kept his eyes closed not wanting to think about her saying no or telling him to quit it. Gab had wanted his for so long, it was great. He could feel his heart racing and knew that he had a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Tess could feel a smile move across her lips with Gab's comment. A part of her knew he was being honest..but that voice..that would ruin everything. So, she let herself be consumed by the moment, the now, and worry about everything else later. Returning the kiss and closing her eyes, Tess could feel the beating of Gab's heart against her chest, making her only desire his presence more with each thump. She ran her fingers softly through his blue dyed hair, pulling on it ever so gently. There wasn't anything that could ruin this moment, not a single thing. If the earth was to crash around them Tess would be perfectly fine with it. This longing that soared through her veins and Gab's lips on her's were the only things that touched her mind.

Gab smiled along with Tess when her lips spread into a grin. He took this opportunity to explore her mouth with his tongue and wrap an arm around her waist; pulling them together all the more. He loved this, he loved Tess, but then again he loved all women. His left hand left her hair and wandered down to the collar of the girl's shirt he started to unbutton it, hoping she wouldn't notice.

"Don't stop..." was what she wanted to say. Tess slid her arms from his shoulders and down to the brim of his jeans, unclasping the button, before it hit her. What am I doing? She tried to push the thought away, not wanting it to spoil anything, but it wouldn't budge. Not even the slightest. Why? Why Gabe? What about Dem? She felt his hand slip from her hair to the buttons on her night shirt that was three sizes to big, and grabbed onto his wrist to stop him. No! Dem doesn't care. He doesn't want me. If he did he would've tried to keep me. A few tears slid out from Tess' still closed eyes but she quickly wiped them aside. Forget about him. Letting go of his wrist after a moment she'd let him continue to undress her.

Gab would have kept going, he would have taken advantage of her, he wouldn't have cared... if she wasn't so god damned beautiful. he opened his eyes when the girl grabbed his wrist. She was crying. She didn't want his. His heart sank and he rolled over, letting go of her completely. "Sorry. I didn't mean to...." He swallowed hard and reached down to rebutton his jeans. He felt cold, and knew that he had hurt Tess. He was stupid and deserved it, but Tess didn't deserve any of the things she was going though. Gab got up out of bed and slipped his shirt back on. "I'll be back in a few. I got to go squeeze a lemon." He tried to joke, but he needed a smoke, and a walk. Quickly he left, closing the door behind himself and grabbing his coat before heading out into the hall. He walked down to the ground level and out into the cool night air. A cigg allready hung from his lip and tears danced down his cheeks.

The second Gab let go of her completely, Tess regretted it. "Don't..."she didn't get to finish by the time he exited the room. Pushing herself up to a sitting position, she held her knees to her chest staring down at the comforter. There were two choices she could make. One, she could stay here and cry till Kimi came into the room to check up on her. Two, she could chase after Gab and ask him to stay with her, and only her. But she hadn't the slightest clue of what to do. She buried her head until she could hear the front door close. Why is this so f***ing hard? Her eyes stung with the oils from her hand rubbing them. Tess picked her head back, and rose to her feet, stumbling a little. Please don't be too far from here. She slid on a pair of jeans and her torn converse, but left the first few buttons still undone, and left the apartment, At this point, she didn't care what any one thought about her leaving at this time of the night. After everything that happened today, this was the only good thing and she wasn't ready to let it go so easily. As she neared the last few steps to the ground floor vertigo set in, causing Tess to trip down the four steps to the bottom. Wincing, she got back up and tried to ignore the pain that shot through her ankle with each step closer to the gate. Once off school grounds she looked from the left to the right to trying to figure out which way he could've gone. Vaguely she could smell the scent of those gross Menthol cancer stick, which she remembered were the ones Gab occasionally smoked. Left. It took a few blocks of walking at a steady pace till she could make out his blue hair. "Gab!" She coughed, the pain in her ankle only getting worse. He better hear me. She got closer so they were only a few store apart before collapsing to the ground, landing in the middle of a puddle. "Gab!" She shouted once more, hoping he'd hear her. If he didn't she wasn't sure how she'd get back without hopping back.

Gab heard his name and turned looking back. He spotted Tess on the ground and he immediately dropped his cigarette to the ground and crushed it with the heel of his shoe. He walked towards her a little cautious but mostly concerned. When he finally reached her, he noticed that there was a puddle around her and her leg was shaking ever so slightly, she had hurt herself. "What's up? I said I'd be back soon." Gab reached down to pick her up bridal style and carried her back towards the dorms.

Tess watched as Gab walked back over. Until then she hadn't remembered him saying he'd be back in a few. "I don't want you to be sorry for anything," Tess hated how he made it seem like the whole fiasco meant nothing. She had hurt herself for nothing. Why'd it always seem that whenever she went out of her way it was taken so lightly? Maybe she just tried too hard some times. I should've just let him go for his walk. Ugh, why couldn't I just stay behind and sulk till he returned? Her thoughts were still obviously running rampant. She looked up at him to see his eyes were bloodshot. He cried?...

"I shouldn't have pushed you like that, and don't ever tell a men not to be sorry for trying to take advantage of you." She blinked trying to keep a carefree and bright composure. He bounced her slightly to get a more comfortable grip and continued walking. Gab was annoyed that she had hurt herself over him, and tried to find him alone at this time of night. But he wouldn't say anything. He didn't want to hurt her feelings any more than they where already clearly hurt.
