As she looked around the tent she caught sight of Hargun's wing-like hand and smiled. But as she went to run over to her she was cut off by Awen. Wincing she forced on a smile and waved her long, clawed fingers. "Heh... hi Awen. Jamal."

Why was she telling him her age? Why was that relevant?

... ANYWAY! s**t. She didn't want to blow the two off but Hargun was over there and she needed her and... crap.

"Hi Thorn!" Yes, a distraction! After waving to her friend she sloooowly began to wiggle her way towards Hargun. Hopefully they wouldn't notice... even though the many plastic guns around her clicked everytime she moved.

She smiled awkwardly at "Thorn" and Jamal, distracted too much to really say anything to Amaya to leaving. She didn't want Jamal and Lauren to fight this early though, she really looked up to both of them for strength and yeah... "Heh.. um, hey Lauren, having fun?"

She looked up to Jamal. "Well if you want we don't really have to leave if you want to stay and try and get this party back up and running...?"

Lauren smiled at Awen and Jamal, "Awww, why ya leaving for?" She kind of had a clue, or geussed something about that but asking the question might make it akward to them, which is what Lauren hoped for. Her slitted eyes still glaring on Jamal, arms crossed as she tried to look as tough as Lauren could.... forgetting that she was dressed as Dorothy. But at least it was an undead gothic lollita Dorothy!

Awen shrugged a little bit. "Change of scenery. I've been here almost all night and was getting a little bored to be honest." her excuses seemed extremely valid. Indeed Awen was naive to the fact that leaving a party together was something to be gossiped about. She didn't even seem to note Lauren's suspisions of it actually. nice in her own little bubble of ignorance.

"Nah thats cool." she said. "I did that earlier on at one point.. ended up sleep walking right outta here." she tried to scratch her elbow and failed somewhat.

Hargun looked over in the direction of Jamal and Lauren. Was something going on? She turned back to Amaya and continued about the party. "I met that Sabin.. guy. Said I should contact staff and maybe get some glasses." she said and tried to look at her hand in front of her which she couldhardly see, but better than everything else in the room.

Amaya nodded in agreement. "Did he say we was one of the staff? And I have a pair of reading glasses, though I dunno how much help they'd be."

She didn't seem to notice the spat between Lauren and Jamal. After awhile she kind of learned to tune out when she noticed how Thorn got defensive.

Despite Lauren's change of heart, Jamal's good mood was effectively ruined and that was a feat considering he'd been high as a kite after he returned from "getting food". He wasn't up for anymore social nonsense at the moment. At least, not anywhere that people usually congregated about this time of night.

"Listen, shorty. Yous can stay and hang wit' these peeps if ya want...brotha's headin' fo' the beach or somethin'. Ain't feelin' into staying 'round herr for right now."

He grabbed his do-rag from the mount of sheet on the floor, having forgotten it was over his ghost costume, tied it back on tight over his cornrows, and retrieved his 'bling' from the same source, carefully arranging it back over his neck.
