Amelia waved to Rei as Rhys guided her back onto the dance floor. She vaguely wondered if she should check on Melethia, or speak with Nino, who had been rather distant lately (she was ruler of the country, after all, she certainly had a lot to deal with), or check to make sure Rei really was all right now... but for the moment, she decided the more pressing matter was right there, and so she leaned close to Rhys, tucked her cheek against his shoulder, and followed his lead. He smelled really nice, and she realized that the last (or was it second-to-last? Yes, second-to-last) time she'd slow-danced with anyone, she'd been at the party the club had thrown at Christmas, and instead of dancing with Rhys, she had been in the arms of a muscled, irritably handsome man with a Phantom of the Opera complex.

This was different, though, and Amelia tilted her head up after a couple of minutes. The song had changed now, still slow. She studied Rhys' orange eyes for a few moments, then leaned up and kissed him, eyes closing.

Nino looked down at Rei for a second, having been staring at Rhys and Amelia again. "Colm. Just watch those two..."

Jaffar... How come I never danced with you like that? Things were never calm enough... For that kind of thing...

"With the grace and beauty of a rose two lovers who may not know each other fully enough, will embrace each other with a slow movement, this in turn makes the two lovers happy with one another, and they share their soul with each other." Colm said as he looked at the two people dancing and nodded.
"thank you very much Nino." Colm told her, "I apologize for interrupting you."
Hearing the noise from Rei he looked up, "Nino I think that may be your son." He pointed as saw Rei at the microphone.

"You should probably get him down he might make a ruckus." Colm said while leaving and his cloak waved past him. This was the time for Colm to meet everyone else, He didn't really know anyone from the party, because he just got back from a long vacation and many others joined. So he went up and got some tea, waiting for the next person he can make a conservation with.

[MEANINGFUL MOMENT!]

Rhys leaned forward slightly and kissed back, feeling a familiar surge of adrenaline that hadn't been around since Christmas. Indeed, the last time it had happened was in the exact same circumstances, save the fact it was much colder last time.

Neither person was moving around much now--it was a bit difficult to move around and kiss at the same time. One would be hard-pressed to say they weren't enjoying themselves, however.

Nino decides she couldn't take much more of the romance show. She went out of the room. I know I'm happy for them, but I can't help it... I miss Jaffar...

Colm decided it was time. He was going to the center on the dance field. He wanted to make sure for the right moment, and he didn't have anyone to dance with for a slow dance so he went to the man behind the scenes.
"Rei!" Colm said as he walk to the kid. "I was wondering if you wouldn't mind playing a song for me."
