Smoking is bad. Unless your old. Then it makes you healthier than a horse. Except you get tired out easy and stuff. But other than that once you hit 60 and you aren't dead or had an attack of somesort yet you should be healthy.

Ammit the Devourer butteroll Ammit the Devourer I need a nap or a whole pack of cigs. A nap would help...but the cigarette could help too my mom smokes so I know that a nicotine fix would help lol Yeah but it is like hella hard to quit. My mom has tried like three times but it didn't work
