Elros set down the cup he had picked up and turned around, leaning back against the countertop. His violet eyes flicked to the cute coon standing next to him. "Well, I'd really like to stay over since you're so much fun to be around. But I'd rather not impose. And as for your offer to drive me home: thanks, but I don't want you to go to any trouble for me. So I s'pose I'll just walk home. It's not all that dark out.." Secretly the catboy hoped Mupiel would insist that he stay the night.

Mupiel smiled. "You wouldnt be imposeing at all. Besides, It would just be me and you since Nereus seems to dissapeared." He looked around the room. "I think I have plenty of space if you like to sleep walk." he teased. He leaned over on his side to face Elros. "Your no trouble at all. And there is no way i'm gonna have you walk home by youself." He took Elros's hand. "Besides, since we have so much fun together. Who wants to go home when they can stay?" Mupiel wasn't really good at this but he was trying to convince Elros to stay. "If you stay i'll let you choose any room you wanna sleep in."

Elros looked down at his hand as Mupiel took it then flicked his gaze to the coonboy's face, a slight smile playing about his lips. "You put up a very convincing argument, Mu-chan," Elros remarked, taking a step closer to the coon as he said his pet name. "If you're sure that it won't be any trouble at all, I'll stay."

Mupiel nodded. "It wouldn't be any trouble at all." He smiled happy that Elros was going to stay. "Do you wanna watch anouther movie or go to sleep?" His tail lollyed around happly.

"I wouldn't mind watching another movie with you. But, if you wouldn't mind, could we move the coffee table out of the way and spread out a couple sleeping bags? That way you and I could watch a movie without having to worry about getting up and going to bed since we'll already technically be in one," the catboy explained, smiling warmly at Mupiel and trying to ignore the coon's bobbing tail. It just looked so soft and fluffy...and pounce-able!

Mupiel smiled and nodded watching his attention slowly going to his tail. "That is a great idea. I have some sleeping bags in my room. I'll go get them." He slowly let go of Elros's hand and kept his smile on his face. He felt like he was teaseing the poor cat. His tail floated around with him as he walked back into the halway. Before he turned the cornor he looked back at Elros. "You can get a head start looking at what movie to watch next if you like. They sit next to the tv so it shouldn't be too hard to find or anything." He winked and went to his room.

Elros' eyes snapped back to Mupiel's face when he spoke and the catboy grinned. "Great. I'm glad you think it's a good idea." He watched the coon turn and head for the doorway, tilting his head questioningly when Mupiel stopped. "Oh, ok. Will do, Mu-chan." Elros threw the other uke a mock-salute then grinned again and moved to kneel next to the tv and look through the tapes.

Mupiel laughed as he saw elros give him a salute. He picked up the first couple sleeping bags that he could find. He grabed one of his pillows and held it with his tail. It was a big enough pillow for the both of them to use. He walked back into the living room with all of the sleeping equipment and set one down on the couch and the other on the floor.
Still holding the pillow with his tail he pushed the coffee table to the side and the couch back alittle further. The couch was alittle heavyer then he thought but still moved it. "Ah much better, more room for us." He smiled. He streached out one of the sleeping bags and grabed the pillow that was in his tail and floped it down ontop of the sleeping bag looking at Elros to figure out how he was gonna put the sleeping bags.

While Mupiel was off getting the sleeping bags, Elros had set aside a few movies that had caught his eye. The little stack included Howl's Moving Castle and Spirited Away, two of his most favorite Miyazaki films. When the coon returned, Elros looked up from the tapes and smiled. Instead of getting to his feet, the kittyboy crawled on his hands and knees, coming to a stop in front of Mupiel. "So, we each get a sleeping bag to ourselves? Or would you rather spread one out as a sort of featherbed and use the other as a blanket?"

Mupiel watched the cat crawl closer to him. "I was going to go witht he featherbed idea." He smiled. "I got a couple more pillows we could use to put around it if you like for more confert." He hoped that Elros wouldnt be unconfortable with sleepign in the same bag as him. "Thats if you want to." He smiled again at the movie selection. "perfect choices lov.." The last word sorta sliped out and he blushed slightly and preteded it never happend.

Elros' ears wiggled and he grinned broadly up at Mupiel. "Oh good. I'm glad you approve of the featherbed idea," he chirped, pink tail flicking in happy circles. The grin returned when Mupiel smiled down at the movie choices. The catboy opened his mouth to say something along the lines of "You think so? Good. Now let's watch 'em!" but the words died on his lips and he blinked, his mouth slack for a moment before a slow smile spread across it. "What were you going to say, Mu-chan? You cut off rather sharply and I didn't catch that last word."

Mupiel turned a bright red color. "Oh it was nothing important. Lets watch the movies shall we?" He itched one of Elros's ears to help with the change of subject. He grabed one of the movies that was sitting on top and poped it in. He headed his way back to the blankets to craw under them. His poofie tail would do as a nice extra pillow if he needed it.

The catboy enjoyed getting his ears scratched but he wasn't so easily turned aside and so, as soon as Mupiel was settled between the two unzipped sleeping bags, Elros was there next to him, smiling and asking, "What were you going to say, Mu-chan? If it wasn't anything important, surely it wouldn't hurt to tell me. Please? I'm very curious as to what it was." ^^

Mupiel blushed again. "Uh, well.." He cleared his thought again. He got that nervis feeling you get when you dont know what exactly what your going to do but know its big. He turned so he could look elros in the eyes. He couldnt help but smile and scrach him on his ear. "Since your so curious then i guess i can tell yea huh?" He took his time in trying to talk so he could make sure he got it all right.
"Elros, we've known each other for some time now right?" It was right then when you get that feeling you know exactly whats gonna be said witch gave him more butterflys. "Well, I have liked you since the first day we met. You've helped me though so much." He was speeking alittle quickly so he could make sure he got everything in. Not like speedy gonzolis type of talk but faster then normal. "Would you like to go out with me? I know you might not even think of me this way..." He didn't know what else he could say at that moment he was concerned what the catboy was thinking. He searched his eyes a bit worriedly.

As Mupiel spoke his piece, Elros watched him attentively, pink cat ears perked and violet eyes fully open and fixed on the coonboy's face. When Mupiel's ramblings trailed off into anxious silence, Elros smiled--a touch of color staining his cheeks--and leaned in to plant a small kiss on the tip of the coon's nose. "Of course I'd like to go out with you. I've had a crush on you from the beginning, too, and I suspected you held some affection for me." wink
