Jasper sighed, he was glad that she was not going to try and make him talk anymore, his finished his juice then got up, and left. He walked out of the great hall watching the floor in front of him like it might jump up and bite his nose if he was not careful. Jasper's long hair swished slightly as he stepped and he walked quickly right up to the library. He normally spent most of his time in between the shelf’s of books, he had read a good percentage of the whole thing, but still had so much to go.

Abigail was almost finished eating when she looked up again and the Slytherin boy was gone. He wasn't sitting where he had been a few seconds ago! She looked around the Great Hall and saw him walking out into the corridor. Abigail hastily shoved a last piece of bacon into her mouth and grabbed Chandler. "Come on!" Abigail said as she was dragging Chandler out of the Great Hall.
"What? Wait, where are we going?" Chandler was resisting being dragged, so Abigail had to stop to explain to her.
"We're following that Slytherin boy." Abigail continued to drag Chandler, but Chandler just pulled away again. Abigail stopped and looked back at Chandler and Chandler just shook her head, sighed, and followed Abigail. They ended up in the library. Abigail looked around and at first didn't see the boy, but she noticed him disappearing behind a bookshelf. "There he is!" She whispered to Chandler. The girls hid behind a bookshelf and looked between a gap in the books at the Slytherin boy.
"Why are we hiding back here?" Chandler asked.
"Because he's right there and I want to watch him."
"That's like stalking. Why don't you just go over there and talk to him?"
"It's not stalking! Besides, he doesn't like talking anyway. I noticed while he was at breakfast."
"Are you sure you weren't just spying on him? Just go over there and talk to him."
The two Ravenclaw girls continued whisper fighting, and Chandler tried to nudge Abigail over to the next bookshelf. In doing so, however, she accidentally knocked a book off the shelf. "Now look what you've done! He probably heard that." Abigail scolded Chandler. The two girls stood there in silence and hoped the long-haired Slythie hadn't heard the book fall.

Jasper heard the sound of a book hitting the ground and literally winced. He had a lot of respect for all the books and always left them in better condition than he had found them in. He stepped out from behind a shelf of books to see two girls about his age from the Ravenclaw house staring at him, and a few feet behind them a book lay open on the floor. He Was not quite sure what to say so in slow deliberate movements he stepped up to the girl’s then between them to pick up the book, dust it off and set it back on the self from whence it had fallen. Once sure it was alright, he walked back between the girls and to the books he had been looking at, it was nothing really interesting, just herbology reference books, but he like the pictures and how every plant had it's own secret use.

Abigail and Chandler had just stared as the Slytherin boy had picked up the book and put it back on the shelf. "Stay here." Abigail whispered to Chandler, and walked up the the boy. "Sorry about that." she said, "That was my friend, Chandler. She's a bit clumsy, always knocking books off of shelves." Abigail heard Chandler give an indignant huff and walk away. It didn't matter, she could always apologize to Chandler later and they be as good friends as ever. "I'm Abigail, by the way."

James shrugged, he did not really care if they had a reason for being here or not, he could not stop them from bothering him here, it was a public place. "My name is Jasper." Jasper said, and picked another book up off the shelf, adding it to an already large pile. He picked up the pile and walked past the girl to sit at a table to read. He did not have very long until his first hour so he would have to read quickly.

Gabi watched with wide eyes at the little scene, biting her lip she said softly, "Oh, Abigail." She had always felt that she never liked any of the Hufflepuffs much. Also by the look in Derek's eye she could tell that he felt very much enamored with him. There was something inside her that could tell she couldn't comfort him, just like she couldn't comfort Tom or James. That made her think of Tom again. She was her best friend that wasn't a Hufflepuff and she had barely seen her, or heard back from her note to her.

Derek looked back at his food, a soft blush of jealousy spreading across his cheeks. "I'll see you later Gabi," he said, getting up and heading towards the library. He found Jasper talking to Abigail, and he didn't want to jump in. He grabbed a book and sat down, his face still feeling hot.

James looked up when he saw Derek sit down across from him. The boy's face was bright pink he looked upset or something. Jasper's eyes fell back to his book he did not want to embarrass the boy or anything so he just turned the page and kept reading. Usually the library was so much quieter, he hardly ever had so many people around to bother him.

((IF that was for me I was saying that Abigail didn't like Hufflepuffs.) what ever happened to James and Tom sad )
Gabi shook her head as Derek went off. Then a bunch of the Huffle girls started to titter. In walked in Donovan the sixth year that had recently broken up with his girlfriend of 4 years.
Donovan looked around the room. He wasn't fully awake and he didn't really care that he looked rough and unshaven. Looking like a rebel with his robe open and his shirt un-tucked his Ravenclaw tie all more to one side than the other. His group of friends were all talking and joking as he sat down. He didn't really listen to them as he started to eat. Slowly he started to joke with them whit a lopsided grin. They all laughed and clapped him on the back. He scanned the room the usual suspects were here.

Olivia was sitting alone now, and she was embarrassed. She got up, glancing around the room. She began to walk off, her books clutched against her chest.

Tom moaned as she opened her eyes. She always slept in, and was always super late for breakfast...always. She opened one eye slightly to look at the clock. "Merlin’s Pants!" She shouted, throwing the blankets off of her and striping quickly. With a panicked look on her face she through on her uniform and ran a brush though her hair. She grabbed her make up bag and sprinted into the bathroom. After reliving herself and washing her face, she applied her make up and ran back to her dorm.
After making sure she had everything she would need that day she bolted down the staircase, and out into the hall, racing towards the grand hall. Her stomach growled and she cringed. "Ugh." She grumbled and walked into the hall. She quickly took a seat at the Gryffindor table and piled a plate with as much food as she could reach.

Gabi brightened seeing her friend. "Finally," she giggled and watched her friend woof down food. Then remembering how she didn't even bother to answer the note, She stood up with a couple of other girls from her house and started to walk out. A couple of the girls waved to Donovan.
Donovan didn't really respond to them they way most people would think a boy should. He just nodded and didn't even look up to any of them. Which made them sigh as they walked away saying, "Wow he has to be deep." Last night he had dreamed about that summer. About how he was dumped and how he was going to become a real man so she would see what a mistake she had made.
