Darius grinned broadly. "Maybe. Hang on. This is going to be a little scary." he warned Clare before twisting underneath her, holding her under her arms as he landed. He set her down carefully, apologizing softly, before turning toward the fight between Cloud and the man. He pulled his sythe off his back, holding it in front of him and standing in front of Clare. He spread his wings, making him appear larger and also blocking Clare from view. "I'm not doing this to prevent you from fighting. I'm doing this so you don't get hurt." he told her.

Cloud:*lights up cigarette, blows a ring of smoke and takes a deep breathe* well that was entertaining. Now if only i could understand what father time was saying.*chuckles, then smokes a little harder* and clare if you dont be quiet i am gonna sell you for lent.....

Terasu finally reached where she had been before and simply sat down, now rubbing her hand for a moment. She had figured they would have lost her because of the rain. Shaking her head slowly, Terasu laid back on the ground and stared upwards simply for a little while.

Darius looked over at Cloud. "You will do no such thing. And can I bum a cig off of you? I could use one." He looked at Clare. He had to agree with her to a point. He lowered his wings and place his sythe back on his back, then shifted it to the side and shrunk it so it wouldn't impede with his movement.

Darius caught the cig on a pillow of wind. "Sweet thanks man." He looked at the end of it and smiled as a small flicker of flame appeared and lit it for him. He took a big drag of it and smiled, slowly exhaling the smoke. "Ahh that's better."

(laughing) you mean mr.show off here (pokes arm)
so wht now? she goes off on her own over there and im stuck here while you guys sit here and smoke? (starts spinning and looking up) whoa(stumbles to floor) haha (lays back) im gonna count the stars. (pointing at sky) 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 (yawns) 9 10 11 12 13 14.......(falls asleep)

"I'm sorry," Terasu called placing her hands on her face. "I should have told you earlier I guess," she said shaking her head slowly. "I just didn't think that they would be so quick to catch up - I thought I had left them behind far enough to give us at least a couple of days."

Darius grinned as he watched Clare fall asleep. 'Why am I so protective of her?' he asked himself. 'What compels me to deem myself her protector?' He finished the cig and sat next to Clare, watching her sleep. Suddenly he had an idea. He quickly formed a small pocket of air and made it warm to cover Clare with. 'Now she won't freeze.' he thought to himself. He brought his knees up to his chest and wrapped his wings around him to keep himself warm.

"right here!" says saiku as she appears behind cloud. "strange though... my fangs won't go down right now. perhaps with time" saiku's nose twitches when she smells the cig smoke"... ick. cigarrettes are disgusting at least smoke something good. "

Cloud: Hmmm always sparking a argument. Now we can all rest again, very good work by the way darius! and saiku dont worry about those teeth i like...
Narrator:And again cloud cuts off his words, he tried to say the rest but nothing unfolds as it should in Clouds world
