 She thought it over and nodded, then stood up and walked down the steps to the stall ground, "Listen, I'm sorry if my mother's absence made you feel uncomfortable, or something, She's an interesting woman. I don't even understand her completely." Oriana walked out to the earthy path Auren had cleared and looked up at the moon, "It's a beautiful clear night... There's so many stars..." The icy breeze brushed through her hair, and whistled through the stalls. she looked over her shoulder at Auren, then back at the moon and sighed.

Auren nodded while following her quietly. "No, it was me making me uncomfortable, if that makes sense. As for her 'checking me out'... She wasn't Apparently, my native language sounds like her father's. I need to ask her about that..."
Auren stepped up behind her, looking up at the moon. "Yes, there are." he said quietly. He laughed inwardly at himself. Damn little sister. Now she's got me thinking about the strangest things.
Sighing lightly, he Simply Could Not Put It Out of His Mind.
"Latera was always said to watch over us all. The Goddess could see all with the Moon, and bless all with it too." he hugged her gently and lightly from behind, entirely unsure if he should stay the bodyguard and let Oriana slip away due to her duties. Regardless, it felt right.
Stupid Silly Einherjar listening to a girl who spends most of her time dillydallying with men.

Oriana's heart skipped a beat as she felt Auren's heavy arms wrap around her shoulders. she tried to control her breathing, but her heart was beating too rapidly. she leaned into him and prayed she wasn't crossing any lines by doing so. I'm so pathetic! Getting feelings like this after four days. She looked back up at the sky and smiled, Ah well... live in the moment, right?

Auren felt her react and smiled lightly.
"Perhaps we do have light feelings for eachother, mmm?" he whispered. He nuzzled her neck lightly and sighed. "Of course, I feel that this is forbidden but y'know what? Who gives a damn."

Oriana melted in Auren's arms. His words danced through her body and melted her frost bitten soul, "Perhaps we do..." she sighed as her hands intertwined with his. after a few moments her heartbeat slowed, clearing the haze on her mind, and thought more about protecting herself from what could come of this "Forbidden love".

Auren looked at the back of her head and realized it was a little bit lighter then usual. Looking back at his wings, he saw that they were alive again, or so they felt.
He stretched them out, testing them. They were weak. They would never support his weight in flight again. He knew that... but they responded. The only time they ever responded was when he was ready to fight and kill something.
He wrapped Oriana in his wings, the white feathers softly glowing. He whispered in her ear again, "You're special, I can tell... My wings, they are only ever alive when I must fight... Yet here I am with you, not having to fight~"

She smiled and brushed her hands over the soft ivory feathers of his once dead wings, "They're beautiful... I'm glad My presence somehow helps... though i don't see how... I'm pretty unpleasant." she giggled and looked over her shoulder, "I'm also glad you came here."

She leaned her head back against his shoulder, "Something tells me the next Six month's are going to go by a lot quicker with you around. Hopefully a little less stressful too." She laughed, "If you think you will stick around that long..."

Her cheeks were a soft bright red and her baby blue eyes wide open, "Auren..." she whispered as her eyes drifted from his eyes to his lips and back up. she shivered, and leaned in and kissed him back.

Auren held her tightly, not wanting to break the moment. Eventually he broke the kiss for her benefit. Huscarl lungs were bigger then most others, and he nuzzled her gently.
The Huscarl looked at her with a smile. It had been at least two hundred years before he had considered any other woman his lover. Mostly because of his own transformation. He was a monster, and had bolted from Latera because of it.
"So, what happens now, my love?" he asked with a conspiratorial whisper.

She let go of Auren and sighed, "Well, We can stay out here and enjoy the wonderful night we're having. We could go inside and interact." she paused, you could tell my father you want to be my suitor..., "Or you could go back to patrolling, and I'll go read in my room..." she looked back up at him, "Personally, I'm happy right here..."

"I personally don't care which because you're always a glance away. Though I do have to say, if we go inside, there would be questions to answer. Latera knows Hali's probably doing some of the following. Reading your diary, spying on us, and telling your parents." he said with a cocksure grin.
"Ah well. That'll be entertaining to deal with. For my vote, I say we stay out here for a while."
Auren folded in his wings and looked up at the moon. Happy for once, in a long time.

Oriana created a bench out of ice and sat down, "You're not cold are you? I don't think it's cold, but then again... I'm an Ice demon... I wouldn't." She looked up at the sky and smiled, "My mom told stories about a place where you could almost touch the stars, and they were more than just white. She had said she'd never seen the place, but from what she had head it was like a holy place." she looked over at Auren, "Every time she told the story I had dreams of the place."
