I don't know if this is going to work, but with the current level of technology, I could have a laser weapon the size of a rocket launcher, and it would be able to cut through... well, basically anything. It would be a little easy to break, but other than that it works well. If you don't believe me, you can totally look up carbon dioxide lasers on wikipedia. ...If you aren't willing to let me have that, I guess I'll go with the psychic option... Or I have a cool idea that has to do with crossbow bolts, believe it or not.
