Amaranta was afraid. she felt it a foolish notion but she couldn't shake it. "You- are you quite sure you're feeling ok?" she asked, hoping that he had hit his head somewhere along the way.

Amaranta kicked herself inside. If he liked her.... she didn't want to hurt his feelings but she couldn't lead him on. that was just wrong. *I don't know what to do...* she thought. she turned back to Nyx and checked her vitals and such.

Dante turned his back to Amaranta and he went down the stairs.

Amranta turned her head and looked at the staircase. *I hope i didn't hurt him...* she thought sadly. she kneeled on the floor next to the bed and absentmindedly played with Nyx's hair.

Dante walked into his kitchen and took an apple from a bowl of fruit he had lying about. He took a bite out of it and thought. *I wonder if Amaranta is as sweet as this apple?* He chuckled at the thought.

Nyx woke up slowly. she looked around and saw Amaranta. "Where are we?" she asked. They certainly weren't at her house, she was sure of that.
"We're still at that guy's house." she realised that she didn't know his name.

Dante finished his apple and chucked the core out of his window. He sat down in his chair and played Melfina's violin.

they heard the music playing downstairs. "Want to go watch?" Amaranta asked Nyx.
Nyx smiled, "Of course." she said.
Amaranta helped her out of the bed and assisted her down the stairs. together they watched Dante play.

The music Dante played was sad sounding but beautiful. He sighed. "I remember when Melfina use to play this song..." he mumbled to himself.

"There are just two things missing.....Kirika's ocarina playing, and Melfina's angelic voice...." He sighed and continued playing.

Nyx saw the ocarina and picked it up. she listened to the tune Dante played for a little longer and then joined in with him.
Amaranta recognized the song and started singing, her voice even and smooth.

Dante gasped. He stopped playing and turned around. "That voice, and that ocarina playing.......it sounds just like them...." a Tear came to his eye.

Amaranta and Nyx stopped singing/playing. "Oh... I'm sorry..." Amaranta apologized.
