Chloe nodded. "How does it work?" she asked. "Cause, I mean, theres so many different legends. Like, in Dracula, when all the blood is drunk from the person then they turn, and in other books the vampire releases a venom and the process is very painful and...."

"The process is very simple, if i bite you on the neck and suck out a little blood and you still live you become a vampire. this rarely happens because vampires usually completely drain their victims. it usually only happens when the vampire can't get all of his victims blood out." he replied while smiling.

Chloe stood up and wiped the blood from her mouth.
"You gonna do it?" Sam asked.
"I'm not sure. What if i- I don't know, change? what if i'm not the same person? or, what if i can't control myself and lead a fake normal life? What about my aunt and uncle? I think it might take longer than one night for me to decide."
Sam nodded. "I'm sure that Soma will wait as long as it takes for you."

Soma drained the blood from the werewolves out in the hall and then made his way back to the infirmary.

Chloe eyed the two dead werewolves on the floor.
"Y'know, you don't have to be afraid if you're still hungry."
Chloe turned to face Sam. "No its not that. I was just thinking."
"I'm sure you were." Sam muttered under his breath.

Soma walked into the infirmary and saw the two dead werewolves and then looked at Chloe. "Are you gonna drink from those?" he asked her while pointing at the werewolves.

Chloe shook her head. she sat on a bed and flopped on her side. she was tired and the storm hadn't stopped yet. *I wonder how my aunt and uncle are doing.* she thought. *What should I say?*
