"Thwap" doesn't seem like too much of a Guildism.
Sounds like it can be used pretty much anywhere.

And besides, any word or phrase can be used/apply to anything or anyone.
But there can still be founders of words, hence the IIPG dictonary, which celebrates words/phrases invented by our dear members.
