"Oh, you were probably on the other side then. I wonder how you came to be here? Was it like how the stories tell of Ninian and Nils?" Sue asked.

Amelia cast her gaze to Soren. "What's with the laugh?" she asked curiously.

"Nothing," he replied modestly with a small smile. "I'm just amused by how things are turning out. You lost a key or few, didn't you?" He leaned on his staff with a wary glance toward them.

Nils cringed slightly, remembering how he and his sister had gotten here in the first place. "... I hope not." He muttered quietly.
Edit: Nils looked over at Soren, trying not to glare. "Yeah. You took one of them... A-and Madriana took the other..." His voice faltered, his mind suddenly drifting to Alihi, and then to Rei. I hope they're safe...

Amelia watched Soren quietly. "...Alihi's key was taken by Madriana," she mumbled. "I tried to take it back, but... she just knocked me aside like I was nothing." Amelia gripped her fist, feeling useless all over again.

Ikirru, hiding in a cardboard box labeled "Do not open" spies on what seems to be a resistance movement. "... Interesting."

Give me all the keys so I can keep them safe inside my bowels.

Amelia looked away from Valter. "Ah... no thanks," she said.

Seeming to sense something, Soren stood halfway in front of the box, twirling his staff. "I see. How troubling. How so very troubling." He glanced toward Nils, then offered the group a rather condescending bow. "Well. I'm here to bask in your misfortune. I do hope you're having fun."

Misuki Marishima "From my father's stories to the Kutolah tribe, I learned that there's only one way dragons are in the human world. The Dragon's Gate. Your son was on the other side, wasn't he, Miss Melethia? Or... was there truly a paradise where humans and dragons lived in harmony?" Sue wanted more answers, but didn't want to push them. {Roy... *aims* I will not accept any love letters from you.} ((Sue...it is not a love letter! It's something else... stare )) Roy looked over at the others. "Looks like you guys have it covered." he said to Soren and Ikirru before he proceeded to leave.

Nils shook his head. "No... I've already taken care of the hiding of the keys. And I'm not saying where I hid them, either." He glanced around, noticing the cardboard box, but dismissed it as normal. ... Though Roy's comment did puzzle him.
He then focused his attention on Soren, glaring harshly. "I'm so glad that someone else's misfortune is so amusing to you..."

Stupid Roy, piratically giving me away like that!, Ikirru thought.

Amelia frowned. "Thanks for proving yet again that you're a snarky little... augh, nevermind," she said, sighing. It wasn't worth it. Soren didn't listen. She looked away, completely ignoring the box.

"Take it easy on them Soren. They don't know what they have done. They will see the consequences of their actions tomorrow." said Roy. He then looked at the box and shrugged before he left.
