A small black cloud of smoke burst in the corner of one of the empty rooms of the building. A lanky black cat casually strode out of the smoke cloud and sauntered out of the room. Just as casually, he made his way down the hall and into the room that the group of others were at.
Since he couldn't exactly crash the Lounge, this was the only other place that seemed to be of any interest.

"What was that for?" the voice parroted, "'That' was for that 'performance' you made just now across Manhatten, Clown." The hand smacked Skuld again.
Skuld was holding her head, "Clown and Idiot, what did I do wrong?!"
Rogue tried to grab at the hand smacking Skuld and could get ahold of it, "Hey, lay off the kid.... whoever or whatever you are."

Crazy Cat made it to the room and planted himself near the doorway so that he'd be fairly unnoticed. Yep, definitely better than waiting around.

Skuld looked around, "M... Mistress? Please stop."
The hand smacked Skuld for a third time, "Do you realize how long it took to set up everything? Building contacts... Setting up identities... Do you give any reasoning to this!? Of course, not! Months to prepare and moments to ruin! You've got your head in the clouds, following that wall-crawler like some love-sick puppy!!"
Rogue's looking around trying to find the source of this tormenting entity of Skuld's, "Alright, that's enough! Leave the kid alone!"
The voice replied with venom, "Stay out of this, Skunk hair!"

The cat at near the doorway smiled appreciatively and laid down to make himself comfortable.

Tears were in Skuld's eyes, "Mistress, please stop. If I erred, I'm sorry..."

The cat grinned to himself. Oh, yes....that would be interesting if the big guy caught wind of that little show. Interesting results should ensue.

Cap walked through the halls of the building, He was on the search for some coffie and asprin. Even with the the serum running through his body Steve still felt sore after being slamed to the ground by the large creature's wings. If he was lucky Tony might have some info. on the creature.

Victor could take no more of watching Skuld's abuse. "Leave the kid alone or face someone who can defend themselves! C'mon, fight me!" He belowed at the hand.

The disembodied voice continued, "Oh my, Magneto's hired gun actually caring what happens to my apprentice. Oh, this is rich! Or is this just your attempt to recruit for the Brotherhood. Nice attempt on the 'good cop' routine."
Skuld was trying to see where her mistress was, but was guessing she was being blocked. So, Skuld put up a force field up around herself.
Rogue looked around frantically, "Ah know you're real close, Sister. Stop smackin the kid, and nobody gets sent ta Cleveland -- airmail, non-stop."
"Ooooooh! Big threat, considering that you haven't a clue as to what is going on, Simpleton," the voice mocked.
Sabertooth gets a whiff of the woman's scent, directly two yards behind Skuld...

He turned towards the scent and ran directly into her, hoping that he would tackle her. "I said, STOP HURTING HER!" he yelled furiously, feeling the feral rage building up inside of him.
"I am not a hired gun! I am one of his friends! I protect his son! I protect his wife! I protect the X-Men! I AM AN X-MAN!" He screamed.

"Oooofff!!" an invisible figure is knocked down by Sabertooth's charge and lands on the hard wood floor, scuffing the wax [plainly visible]. The Mistress realizes her error and rapidly attempts to regain her footing.
Rogue also sees the scuffing on the floor and positions herself behind the invisible figure to cut off an avenue of escape.

Victor senses the change of stance and grabs for where her arm should be. "Not so fast lady. If you make a wrong move, I'll find that neck of yours and snap it like a twig." He hissed barely controlling his rage.
