Kirin heard them talking and came downstairs, wondering what was going on.
Sanvi stiffened a little when Kirin came downstairs.

Garin put his hand over Sanvi's, reminding her that he was there.

Sanvi softened a little. She looked to Garin. "I'll…be right back," she said as Kirin entered the room. She briskly walked past him, going elsewhere in the house.
Kirin watched her leave and then turned to Garin, looking coolly at him.
