"I don't think so," Eva said, almost pouting a little. For whatever reason, her want to taint everyone around her, didn't apply to this human. Of course, once he saw what she could do, he wouldn't want to be around her anymore. That was always the case. Always.

"We'll see..." Bané said finishing the tight knot. He patted Akakios on the side and bid farewell to her. He walked over to Eva, spinning his pistol unnecessarily. "So, whats on the agenda? And no vagueness this time." He said smiling.

"Like i said, I'm looking for help with a task," Eva replied with a shrug. She knew if he knew what she was doing, he would run away from her as fast as he could, with good reason, too. She didn't want to be alone just yet.

"I don't think you understand what you're agreeing to," Eva told him, her voice going a little flat. If he had any idea what would happen to him if he hung around her, she knew he would agree to help.

Bané smirked, and laughed a little. It was a slightly evil chuckle. "You have no idea of my morals. I've had the blood of plenty on my hands. And not just scum like in the tavern either. I'm fairly certain that I can handle anything you can throw at me."

"I'm fairly certain you can't," Eva said, looking at him seriously. He didn't understand what she was talking about. He was agreeing to sell his soul to the evil that lived within her. "You're human, after all."

"You seem to be as well." Bané replied, "But you wouldn't say something like that if you weren't." Bané straightened and stretched his back, cracking a few joints. "Look, I'm offering help, for free. Something you don't easily find. Would you like it," he said holding out a hand, "Or not?" he took his hand back.

Eva crossed her arms acorss her chest. "So you're willing to give up your soul, for free?" she asked him. This was probably the most direct thing she had said to him.

"My soul?" Bané said calmly, crossing his arms like Eva almost expecting a joke to be told "That's erm... quite a claim. Pray tell, how is it I'm sacrificing my soul to you?" He said with an arrogant smile.

Eva smirked, but there was no joy in it. "Find some of that scum you were talking about and I'll show you," she said, matter-of-factly.

"Hmm how hard could this be." Bané said sarcastically. "Look around you. More or less anyone around is scum." He looked around at the many outlaws and bandits in the valley. There was a drunk man stumbling out of the tavern. He figured that would fit the bill. "how 'bout him?" Bané said gesturing to the man.

Eva looked him over. She4 could tell by looking at him that he wouldn't be able to tolerate her taint, but she would get her point across. "Very well," she said and approached the man, almost sauntering as she went.

Bané leaned back on a fence to watch what Eva planned on doing. He crossed his arms expecting nothing to happen, with a prove me wrong attitude, which he knew was dangerous to have. So he attempted to remove it.
