Xeion shook his head at the young shinigami's reply and greeted him with a confused look on his face. "Eh? Did I? I don't remember calling for anyone though. It must have slipped my mind, I guess," said Xeion, scratching his head while still retaining his smile. He was quite serious though when he said that he didn't remember calling out to anyone. Xeion's voice then grew a bit shakier and more uncomfortable when Zaine-san asked how he was. "Oh...yes, I'm doing fine. I just got a little...sidetracked these past few days because of something that happened...though that is an unrelated matter."

Zaine frowned, noticing the man's upset demeanor by the slight tremor in his voice and the look of somone on the edge of breaking down in his eyes, though he may not act like it Zaine was quite good at noting such things in a person. "Hey Xeion-taicho, you seem a bit stressed so how about a friendly spar? I may not be seated but I can at least try and give ya some fun. What do ya say?" He asked with a bright grin.

As soon as Xeion heard the word spar, he couldn't stop himself any more. He felt as if his body acted on its own and he was just a passenger in it. The stress of the things that have happened, the horrible thing he had done in that place, the thing he lost and the thing he gained -- everything turned back to him with a powerful whiplash effect. Xeion desperately needed something to vent out his frustrations on, but decided to keep it to himself until he found a better one so that people won't get hurt. However, when Zaine-san mentioned that very word, something in that pacifistic mind of his gave way and weakened, but even though it was a split-second type of weakness, the pent-up aggression caused by everything made its way out and the effect was the thing that happened next.
"Feiy-sama...why...?"
Xeion quickly pulled Elena out of her scabbard and used a shunpo to appear in front of Zaine-san. A split second later, Xeion swung at Zaine-san with Elena with enough power compared to that of a person swinging a sledgehammer. After the swing, that was then Xeion snapped back to reality and, after realizing what he had done, used a shunpo to get away from Zaine-san all the while looking at his hands. He couldn't believe he had done that. Rather, he couldn't believe that the stress that built up inside of him made him do something as horrible as that. Xeion underestimated the effects of stress and was now shocked at his own actions. "Damn...damn it...damn it all...," he murmured softly.

Zaine's eyes widened as the Captain shunpo'd in front of him and swung, Though surprised Zaine's instinct took over and he managed to dodge the attack with a duck, straightening himself after Xeion had backed off Zaine looked to him and gave a small smile, "Come now Xieon, don't hold it inside its good to feel anger and stress, and its perfectly ok to share these things with a friend." he said coaxingly, not in an offensive way but instead like a person would try and coax a wounded animal out.

Xeion shook his head, hesitant at his offer. "No, I might hurt you really badly. I don't want to hurt people; you understand, right?" asked Xeion, sheathing Elena back into her scabbard and turned around to face Zaine-san, melancholy in his eyes that hid behind those deep-blue shades of his. "I know that you're only wishing for the best, but taking it out on an unseated...well, it's just unfair. It's my problem, Zaine-san. I will deal with it my own way. You don't deserve to get hurt just because I'm stressed. How can I? I'd feel too guilty afterward."
Xeion continued. "Well, since none of us knows who called who out, I guess it was just a prank by some of my friends at Central Intelligence. Well then, I'll be seeing you, Zaine-san."
With that statement, Xeion began to walk out of the training grounds with a deep sigh, though his stride wasn't particularly fast, meaning that someone would still be able to catch him if they really wanted to.

"Xeion-Taicho!" Zaine shouted as he dashed forward, grabbing the Captain's shoulder to stop him and turn the man to face him. "Don't you worry about me, I have fought with Captains before, and did you foreget? I'm a member of squad 10, and would Evil let me in if I couldnt take care of myself?" he asked with a grin, "So don't worry I won't die or anything like that." he looked at Xeion firmly now, "And if you break, do you want your friends to have to kill you to stop you?"

Xeion sighed out loud and slowly turned to Zaine-san with a slightly annoyed face. "Zaine-san, I'm really not in the mood to be all cheery now -- not after what happened...there...," Xeion paused for a moment and breathed in, sighing out loud at the thought of that fateful day. After he was done, he continued with what he was saying. "Oh, and don't worry -- I've had these kinds of feelings even before I became a Captain. I won't break. My pacifism would make sure of that...so no need to worry, okay? Haha," Xeion laughed, trying to shrug the feeling off.
Placing his own hand on Zaine-san's shoulder, Xeion gently tried to push it away, indicating he wanted Zaine-san to relinquish his grasp on him. "Zaine-san, I'm fine now. Please, let me go because I want to be alone for a while, okay?" Xeion asked with a smile, hoping Zaine-san would comply with his simple request.

Zaine looked at his friend with a slight grin, "No disrespect my dear friend, however I am not the type of person to allow a friend to bottle feelings up in such a manner, pardon my language but I feel bluntness is required to get my point across. There is no way in hell or its equivilant that you are leaving without releiving this stress in your spirit. I don't give a damn about your pacifism when you snap, and you will, you will not be able to practice that most important of traits you posses." Zaine said this whole heartedly, tightening his grip firmly to let Xieon know of his conviction to these words.

Xeion shook his head. It seemed as though Zaine-san was really pushing for him to spar and Xeion knew best when it was time to leave to avoid conflict. "Zaine-san, just leave me be for a while, okay?" he said as politely as he could then turned around and started to walk away. Xeion knew Zaine-san had good intentions at heart, but he saw fighting as somewhat unnecessary right now and would only give him more stress than lessen it.

Zaine's shoulders slumped, "I see, I didn't wish to do this but I see no other way. I'm sorry Xeion." he said quietly, raising his left hand and pointing his finger at the captain, "Toobei Reikon, full charge." he chanted, a large lance of gold and crimson reiatsu erupted from the digit, hurtling through the air at Xieon.

Xeion stopped in his tracks as he felt a spacial distortion in the surrounding dimensions, caused by a charged projectile running through the planar fields that composed the dimension. He sighed and simply stepped to one-side, easily avoiding the attack Zaine-san had let loose from his finger. With a slightly annoyed expression, Xeion addressed Zaine-san, but still kept his warm smile, though it was now quite angled in an awkward way. "Zaine-san, why did you have to go and do that? You might have hurt someone, you know?" he asked politely. "I mean really, I already said that I was okay. What will it take for you to stop your shenanigans?"

Zaine smiled, "You need not ask, you know the answer." he replied, removing his cloak and displaying the great scars upon his right and left shoulders, both exhibited the shape of a bite from two large wolves and strangely, both glowed with a soft yellow light that was so hazy, one couldn't be sure if they were tricks of their eye or really there. Across his chest was a strap, one that his zanpakutoh hung upon, both blades of this unusual sword shone in the light, as did the silver and gold threads twined about the hilt which connected them.

Xeion sighed deeply upon seeing that Zaine-san had really wanted to fight. It seemed as though that no matter how hard he tried, Xeion wouldn't be able to leave this place without complying with Zaine-san's prior request which was to spar. How many times did Xeion need to fight? What was it in fighting that excited those who partake in it? The thrill of battle? Xeion's mind was ringing with thought after thought about how and why people fight as he tried to rationalize why Zaine-san was so hell-bent on fighting him. In any case, as soon as he had shone his zanpakuto, resonating with energy, Xeion knew that there was no turning back now. He just had to focus on trying not to hurt Zaine-san too much since he was still unseated, meaning that the enormous gap between their powers were astronomical. Who knows? Maybe Zaine-san would prove to be much stronger than Xeion had hoped. In any case, there was no time to waste.
"As you wish, Zaine-san," said Xeion and put both of his hands on his hips. He stance was rather casual and looked as if he was intentionally leaving himself open to an attack. Furthermore, he didn't even draw Elena out of her scabbard, nor did he any weapon at all -- completely unarmed in the face of Zaine-san and his zanpakuto. It was crazy, but as like he said before, he didn't draw his blade until the situation called for it. "Let's get this over with then, Zaine-san."

Zaine smiled, "Glad to hear that my friend, and don't worry about injuring me." he said with a chuckle as he held his right arm up and gripped his bicep in a manner that was suppose to show ones toughness, "I'm damn hard to hurt for long." he grinned brightly. Without warning he began a sprint at Xeion, exhibiting usually quick speed, which was even more unusual when one took into account his zanpakutoh's size and unusual shape, however Zaine had not removed the blade from its strap and as he approached Xeion, he showed no intent to when he launched a punch at the Captain's left side.

Xeion stepped to one side and parried the punch made to him with a simple push by his right hand. Using that move as a take-off point, Xeion then spun a good semi-circle to give his body slight momentum from the quick turn for his next move because as soon he had finished it, Xeion raised his left leg up for a powerful reiatsu-enforced side-kick, aimed specifically at Zaine-san's left rib cage. Keeping true to his word though, the kick he just did wasn't really all that enforced unlike when Xeion was in a combat situation. The reiatsu in the kick was only enough to enforce the move to a very limited extent that it would just be slightly more powerful than an average side-kick. Still, it would be enough to knock the wind out of an opponent for a few seconds at least.
Immediately after the kick and his left foot had touched the ground, Xeion wasted no time and crouched down, angling his body in a backed-up position with his left leg extended and left foot pointed. This position made it easier for him to execute a follow-up attack since this emphasized linear momentum with the least amount of effort unlike some stances that reduces the human body's aerodynamic ability since the stance was quite flat and rigid. This stance, however, was more unorthodox, yet it was more effective than the usual martial arts stances in any martial art.
Pointing his hand like a spear, Xeion thrust it at Zaine-san's left collar bone quickly followed by a series of fast and intricate punches and palm thrust, all aimed for specific points in the young shinigami's body, namely the collar bones, the solar plexus, the ribs, the neck, and the arms. Unbeknown to Zaine-san, the attacks were infused with reiatsu as well, but only minuscule amounts so not inly would it be generally invisible to the naked eye, it would also be not as painful if it would hit Zaine-san, but like the kick before, it would still be enough to knock the wind out of Zaine-san.
After the barrage of attacks, Xeion jumped back and positioned his body in his unarmed duel stance, digging his feet into the ground so that it would have a firm base and make it easier for him to dodge or attack -- whatever he chose to do. He sighed once again while he waited for Zaine-san to move, all the while thinking to himself, "I really shouldn't be doing this. He might get really hurt, for crying out loud."
