Road was surprised at the kindness she was giving to this girl she had met, but she ignored it.... maybe she was... she pushed the thought away and waved for anyone who wanted to come along...

Lenalee sat on a bench in a secluded part of the town, staring up the top of her head pressed against the wall. She had been doing a lot of gazing lately, maybe she was searching for that ray of hope, or maybe she just didn't want to come back down to her world that was turning into hell.
