Debt-free third world country. I'd rather die of cancer than of hunger or thirst.
Debt relief for a third world country where children are frightening because of how thin they are or the ability to control the dead?

To answer my own question first, I would say control the dead, because then I could ressurect an army or two and threaten bad people. I could enforce treaties and make people forgive the debts of third world countries. Zombies don't die easily and only a voodoo priest(ess) would be able to stop me, but if I'm only helping people, I don't think I'd encounter much opposition of that sort. For your choices, I would have to go with the debt thing again, because that lasts longer than a war, and we don't go to war all that often anymore. Free TWC from debt or end world hunger with no cost to anyone?
