I just finished what was literally a midnight snack of fried flounder with a lemon rosemary sauce... Mm... Thank you, friends who cook random things when staying at my place! They keeps their odd vegetarian friend (me, who will only eat chicken and seafood) fed.

I'm not a strict vegetarian, which is why I eat chicken and seafood. And they're not supposed to be fried, but I let up when it comes to fish. Anyway, most strict vegetarians don't eat any kind of meat, and, if you want to take it a step farther, you'd be vegan. Which is not consuming any product from animals, such as eggs, milk, etc. I was raised a vegetarian, so it's easy for me, though I will not eat tofu. Stuff is nasty.

lol I guess if I were raised a vegetarian it might be easy for me too, unfortunately nothing short of a doctor telling me to either stop eating meat or I'll die will make me a vegetarian (either that or seeing something so disgusting that I will never want to eat meat again lol)

Then I'm guessing you didn't know that there's a certain amount of meat your body can safely handle per day? For red meats, if you have to eat it, then you're only supposed to have a single portion the size of one of your fists.
