Phoenix turned her head as she sensed Teka and Sortai. They were finally close to them. She sighed in relief. She had been to wonder what was going on with them. "Teka and Sortai will be here soon," he muttered to Meesha.

Sortai heard the others approaching. He looked to Teka, a look in his eyes communicating they would have to ride away on Mesu if they wanted to continue their plan, and fast. (Hey guys.)

Teka immediately hopped on the horse, grabbed Sortai, threw him up with him, and kicked Mesu in the side, sending them away from the group in a swift gallop.

“Hu? Ok” Meesha shoved her heel in to the elk and pulled on Empi’s rein. “Wholly crap! Ummmmmm MEESHA, TEKA, SOME ONE!!!!!!!!!!” Lamkit jumped and was then frozen in fear. Meesha breathed one with the bounding animal, she felt it’s every muscle move it’s every thought. “Come on! Woe!!!” A big tree had appeared in front of them and the Elk and Empi went around as if she was one with both of them. She felt renewed and refreshed. But what about Lamkit?

Phoenix saw the tree and rushed to Meesha's side to see the cause of her distress.
Firestone looked after Phoenix and narrowed his eyes. He looked up into the sky as a silver dragon swooped beneath the clouds for only a moment. Firestone smiled menacingly as he glanced back at Phoenix and silently communicated with her uncle, the only dragon that wanted their new Queen dead.

Sortai happened to look back at this moment and see something large and grey come out of a cloud. He nudged Teka, and said, "Looks like the others have company.... unless it sees us first!". With this, he pulled on Mesu's reigns and stopped the horses running.

(Ok so I say that Lamkit turns magically into a human and he has a secret love for Meesha you guys like it?)
Meesha looked at the two beautiful dragons above her. “Kokiou you ok?” Meesha was answered by a groan. Meesha leaned in to the elks back and they went faster.
Lamkit was alone no one with him silently he cried and tears fell, “Why me? A son of a betrayed fairy and ferret, why must I suffer? Oh I remember when Meesha found me, such a beautiful night.”…

Phoenix was beside Meesha in a second. "Meesha!" She cried. "What's wrong Meesha?! You must tell me!" Phoenix worried over her new friends health more than she knew was normal. Meesha was special though. And Phoenix knew it.
Firestone watched the future King of the Dragons dip back behind the clouds. He turned to face Phoenix's anger if she had seen him, but she was to busy with Meesha. His uncle's illusion had been affective. Phoenix had been distracted long enough for htem to exchange news. The Dragon Council had been swayed to their thinking. If Phoenix didn't reenter Dragon lands, her throne would be forfit and their uncle would rule until the end of his days. Firestone smiled grimly. Until he felt Meesha's distress. His own abilities were little, but he could sway and sence people's feelings and emotions. Hers were full of pain and distress. He suddenly felt sad.

His archery was of unmatched skill. His bow arm of the most accurate. Regardless, the only arrow to miss was when he looked away for a moment. The unharmed wolf bounded through the forest away from its dead comrades as Outren moved closer to the ferret. He knelt beside the creature and offered a bit of jerky. Sortai shifted uneasily as the grey dragon disapeared into the clouds. A second later he heard the cries of a wounded wolf. He looked at Teka for a reaction.

Teka sighed, "It's out of my hands now. Nature will take it's course, whether we like it or not." Teka slouched a little bit, "Can we get moving now?"

Sortai sighed. He hated that the way nature took its course resulted in death. Though he couldn't argue Tekas reasoning.us "whatever," he said thinking of the others. (anybody up for a quick major plot twist? Ask peppy lemur Im good with plot twists.... twisted burning_eyes mrgreen )
