Launched into the meadow with two balloons wrapped around his forepaw, Ovid's face lacked it's usual friendly glow, replaced by the glowering shame of a child forced to perform. One balloon read "Happy Birthday," the other "Congratulations!"
Under his breath, the panda tala muttered about evil humans and refusing to sing on pain of death. My, what an odd appearance today.

Aurora trotted in holding her baskets tightly to her, looking all around her like she was paranoid, but she was just a protective mother.

Sirius grumbled under his breath. DS had made him take a small basket of something or other for Pink, who probably wouldn't even be there. And based on what happened to the last person who misplaced a basket's contents, he certainly didn't want to mess anything up. Besides, he had to take some food for Remus, who got to be released today. All in all, it made for a sour mood. "And I bet no one's even going to be there."

Biting through the strings on the balloons with a look of immense relief, Ovid clasped the pair tightly in his mouth before attempting to unload them on Aurora, desperate to get them to their rightful home and away from him before his human commanded him to sing.

Dris flew in quickly, hearing some news she wanted to verify.
"So it's true then? Congradulations Rory! You'll be a spectacular Mum!" Dris trots up to Rory and greets her with a nuzzle. "Wow, it seems like everyone is a mother now." She looks at the baskets thoughtfully. She looked up, laughing as Ovid handled a pair of balloons akwardly.

Cheeks burning at the sound of laughter, Ovid shrunk back a little, all the more desperate to hand the load on. He wasn't used to giving up his decorum like this. Cheerleading didn't count, that had been his choice. On the bright side, he'd wiggled out of the pink bow almost forced upon him for this delivery.

Flying around through the air, Miyen spotted a number of Tala down upon hte ground. The interest in her eyes peaked while she swirved her wings and dive bombed towards the ground. Another quick twitched of ehr wings and the velocity of her fall decreased immensely while slowly pawing at the ground. Now landing was as simple task as she moved along and walked up to the little group.
"Hello everyone. What is everyone up to~" spotting the baskets of Aurora's, she smiled and trudges over, nuzzling Aur playfully. "Aww, congratulations."

Aurora giggled at Ovid and smiled. "Mommy come here!" Are these for us?
Pink walked up behind Aurora and bent down to their level. "What sweetie."
"Ovid and his mommy got us somefins!"
"And he's such a handsom deliverer!" Pink commented as Ovid wiggled about the bow.
Aurora nuzzled back Dris. "Thank you! I hope I'm a good mommy."

Dris saw that her chuckling was making Ovid uncomfortable and frowned. Her newfound confidence in evolved form just seemed to make everyone uncomfortable, it seemed. "Ovid, I'm sorry. I didn't mean any harm by it." She said softly to him, hoping no offence was taken. She turned back to Aurora with a smile. "You're going to be a fine parent. You'll have the most playful children in the whole meadow!"

Sirius swooped down on the meadow, surprised. "Well what do you know..." He landed, almost colliding with a bush, and shook himself out to regain his composure. Or try to, anyway.
"Greetings Dirs-chan, Ovid, Rory... baskets? BASKETS?"

Blinking and then smirking lighty at Sirius, Miyen nudged him in the side while pointing her head towards the baskets. "Aren't they lovely?"
For once, Miyen was actually socializing with the other Tala, having been so very shy when starting off. There were more than just strangers now; rather, they were acquaintances.

Aurora looked to the larger tala surprised. "Why thank you. And who might you be, I don't think I know who you are...and you're already grown...."
Aurora giggled at Sirry as he was about to faint again as he always did. "That tala and anything surprising...just does him in." She laughs and paws at him.

Gratefully releasing the balloons now that their rightful claimants were about, Ovid bowed low, before dipping into an obviously rehearsed speech.
"Happy birthday to you, Pink, on this day of joy.
And in light of the new lives about to enter the glowing world, my human and I offer congratulations."
Having thus done his duty, the tala flopped to his haunches, before shrugging at Dris, a smile snaking once more over his features.
"No no, I'm just a tad sensitive about being an errand boy. Hello, by the way. And good day to you, Pink, Rory, Sirius, and..." at this Ovid faltered. He'd never met the black and blue evolved femme.
