*Frowns, but stubbornly catches his wrist once more, pausing only a moment to glance at her mother still sitting by the ocean; fixes her gaze on Reg, defiant* You can do it, and you have to, if only long enough to get those things back.
Just... *draws her other hand over his, clasping his fingers* relax for a minute.

*Glowers at her, suddenly wanting to throw her into the sliding glass doors.*
I don't have to do s**t. ******** off. *Yanks his hand free, moving around her.*

Fine. *Shoves a case into his back pocket - the gesture fluid and nearly unnoticeable - and storms past him into the house, shouting the entire way* WHY DON'T YOU JUST GO LOCK YOURSELF IN THE BATHROOM FOR A PRIVATE PANIC ATTACK THEN!

*Actually does as Rose suggests, locking himself into the bathroom. Pushing a shelf over to barricade the door just for good measure before sitting back against it on the floor.*
The ********... *Takes the case from his pocket, looking into it before giving a bitter laugh. He shook his head, laughing before suddenly throwing it as hard as he could into the mirror above and in front of him.*
'm not goin' anywhere... Nope.
*Takes out his phone and a pair of ear buds, shoving them in and quickly cranking the music as high as it would go.*

Are you certain you're alright? You didn't say a word during the entire trial.. not that there was much of one, really...

*Smirks lightly, slumping on the couch the pair of them are sitting on, his eyes glittering with amusement* Had nothing to say. *Pauses, his gaze drifting to her mouth*

*Appears with Rose, Hugo and Barra in tow just near the edge of the yard. Tilts his head lightly to the sound of the ocean to their left, seeming satisfied with his own work of getting them safely to the beach.*
Perhaps, I should go in alone at first... Or have her come out here...
*Holds Rose's wand out in offering of returning it to her as he said he would*

Hugo immediately draws away from both Pyrate and Barra, rubbing his arms once again, obviously drawn up in a serious case of the creeps. “Whatever we do, we can’t leave him outside. There’s no telling if that dude will come after him. He’ll be safe in Mum’s wards, right?”

Xuchilbarra stood in the yard, trying to absorb all the sights, sounds, smells. This place was basically the direct opposite from where they just were in Morbus. He could feel the ground under his feet, alive with life. The smells in the air were innumerable, where before there was just filth and blood. Salty water, damp grass, sand and leaves. And beyond that, soap and skin, the distinct scents of many different bodies, none seeming familiar.
He knelt to put his hand in the grass, run his fingers through it, releasing Pyrate's hand in the process. This place was comforting, safe. Pyrate wouldn't let anything happen. The blades were soft, and such a vivid green. He took a great breath, cleansing his lungs.

Hugo swallowed the urge to tear the hair on the back of his neck free of his skin, instead glancing across the length of the yard. Grass flowed in and out of the pale white sand, appearing in long carpets and random tufts; there was a rather large, wood-paneled shed around the side of the house, to his knowledge empty save for their bicycles and some totes of Christmas decorations. He and his father had dragged a battered loveseat into the shed when Hermione had replaced it; he figured it might still be there.
“Maybe we should put him in the shed,” Hugo muttered, “Until, you know, after we clear this with Mum. It’s big enough for him, and he can… unwind, I guess…” The redhead visibly faltered, glancing at Barra from the corners of his baby blues. “I’ll take him back there until we figure this all out?”

Pyrate considered Hugo's offer but let his hand find the muscled bulk of Barra's shoulder, touching lightly as he spoke, "You wouldn't mind waiting a few moments for me to explain all this? I'm in a sort of...house arrest program after that second war.. We'll be able to discuss it in the house once I explain what's going on to Hermione. She's the one that's kept me from Azkaban all these years. She'll understand."

Barra could feel the boys unease at his presence, was really trying to be as nonthreatening as possible. But he couldn't really help how he looked, and he couldn't completely dull his power. He understood Hugo had helped in looking, and was a friend. He looked to the shed Hugo had indicated; he did not want to go in there. It was small and enclosed and he wouldn't be able to see what was happening.
He watched Hugo for a few moments, the tip of his helmet lining up like an arrow to point directly at the boy before his attention snapped back to Pyrate.
He nodded his helmet in understanding, standing up straight again, holding a few pieces of grass between his fingers. He could wait a few moments.

"Perhaps, if you sat outside the shed...around the side..you wouldn't be seen? He's uneasy, but he knows to trust you, Hugo..." he explained, but frowned all the same. He didn't want to deal with all this. He wanted to rest with Barra for a few hours then head out to get Vith back.
"It shouldn't take long, and if it begins to, then we'll come back out here. I don't care for the thought of being in there without him for long. You'll both be fine, though."
He let out a soft sigh, but let it alone, focusing instead. He felt so damned awkward speaking so much, so many years left with being able to sit quietly and only give a sarcastic remark whenever it presented itself left him feeling a bit vulnerable. "If you'll help me to the house..." he was speaking to Rose, not out rightly asking, however.

“Right,” mumbled Hugo, and he slid a hand into his back pocket to lightly hold his wand while he gestured towards the shed with his elbow. “There’s shade around the other side,” he offered awkwardly, referencing the half dozen trees that had fanned branches out over the shed itself and part of the incline that led to the beach. Barra felt dead, and yet very much alive; Hugo hadn’t delved much into reading about dark magic, and knew nothing of presences like Barra’s. “I can - er - catch you up a bit? About Pyrate?” he added, unendingly the helpful Hufflepuff.
