Sara got tired of being outside and left for her room. As she entered the dorms she heard a faint crying noise. She followed it to a door and knocked lightly. "Hello? Is everything okay in there?", she called out softly.

Kat heard the knock,she didn't want anyone too see her the way she was "I..I-..I'm fine" she whispered.

Sara frowned and said,"You don't sound fine. May I come in? Maybe I can help?" She was trying to be helpful, but didn't exactly know how that worked.

"I doubt that "she mimbledshe didn't want to be rude.she grabbed her blanket and wrapped it around her hiding everything,except the bleeding and the broken mirror that she'd forgotten.She opened the door using her blanket as a hoodie.

Sara's ears twitched slightly as the girl grabbed the blanket. Once the door was open Sara wanted to hug the girl. She looked to be in so much sorrow, but she resisted. As she looked the girl over a guess popped into her head and she said it aloud,"You have transformed?"

Sara frowned and couldn't resist any longer. She took the girl in her arms and tried to calm her by saying it would be okay. She then looked at the girl and said,"My ears won't go away either and I have a feeling I'll go all animal."

Kat hugged her back.It was the first time she was hugged since her parents left her.She looked up and removed the blanket that hid her tail and ears,claws basicly everything she grabbed and old photo"I used to be chubby." she moved the sleeves of her shirt up to reveal her newly toned arms. She winced the cut on her hand was still bleeding

Sara looked at the girl and smiled softly. "You look so cute.", she commented as she touched one her black ears. She noticed the girls cut hand and picked her hand up. "What did you do to get this?", she asked.

"Phhhttt", was all Sara uttered to the bad luck comment. "I don't believe in those superstitions. I believe you make your luck.", she said as she pulled out a handkerchief and wrapped it around the girls wound. "Oh, I'm Sara.", she added with another soft smile.

She smiled softly back "Kat" she chuckled she still had Rams cloth in her pocket,she watched her wrap her wound."My parents told me I was bad luck..I guess thats why I said it." she whispered

Sara finished wrapping Kat's hand and said,"I don't remember my real parents. My sep-parents thought I was a piece of trash and treated me that way too." She sighed, but then started to pick up the broken pieces of mirror.

Kat kneeled "I'm sorry...you shouldn't bother picking this up..Its my mess I..I-I I've got it" she said kindley as she picked it up.She wasn't used to talking so much.

Sara smiled and said,"It's okay. You don't need to be cut again." She placed the pieces on top of her dresser and asked,"How old are you?"
