"No, I don't have any idea. I wish I knew." Kartea said as she saw Kyren go into some sort of trance. "Are you ok?" He asked her as he looked at her, and waited for her response.

As Xero was walking down the hall he saw a small comotion going on in Varnis' room. Best to avoid that... Then looking further down the hall he saw this strange shadow like blob bouncing twords the room. He muttered, "That can't be good..." He decided aginst his better judgement to go into Varnis' room. He knocked on the open door. Then poking his head through the door he said, "Is it normal for shadows to move?"

Kyren snapped out of her trance looking confused and said "I'm fine, do you mind me asking something?"

"Yes I am." Ling said to Andela. hearing a knock he looked over at the door seeing Varnis and now Xero.

"Uhhh... Sure." He said, wondering what she was going to ask him.
Varnis almost let out a heavy sigh, as Ling walked in. "Can you hold on for a while as I finish talking to these two?" He asked Ling, as it wasn't all that too important, as it could be almost anything.

Kartea looked at Kyren for a moment before answering, pondering the question. "Not exactly." He said. "I don't always know what happens, but sometimes I do."

Xero looked at Ling, "I do applogise if I'm inconviencing you in any way." Then looked a Varnis again. "If it is normal I can just leave it alone, but as stuff at this school isn't exactly normal..." His voice trailed off. He looked back outside, "It seemes to be coming back to this room. Is it like a mouse? Anyone drop some food?"

"don't worry your not really I just have something I need to show Varnis as well as wanting to know when I get to start teaching." Ling said slipping his hand into his pocket discreetly. Lings absently looks around the room to see if he could spot anything abnormal, he agreed with Xero about there being some unusual things at the school.

Rahon opened his eyes after lying there for some time. "where am I?" he asked looking around.

Varnis looked at the two new comers before answering either one of them. "It was probably just a rat or something. We are in the middle of the forest." He answered Xero with al seriousness, although Andela knew what it really was. "And as for teaching..." He stopped as he dug through his desk for a moment. "Tomorrow classes will be assigned to all teachers, determined by what their applications show they are the best at. Also, the teachers will be assigned to teach each student how to use their magic, and weapons." He answered Ling as he pulled out what seemed to be a small box, and shoved it inside his clothes. "What was it that you wanted to show me though?" He asked Ling after a little bit to let the answer sink in.
"You are in the infirmary." Malae said as she looked around a little bit more, and found no nurse. "But, what where you doing out there, lying on the ground?" She asked Rahon as she still searched for a nurse.

"Eh, okay..." Xero walked over to it. Looking at it "Eww..." Deciding if it was a rat it wouldn't be good he took his sword and stabbed it but nothing happened. "Eh?" He coated it in light and stabbed again. It recoiled a bit but that was it. Then the thing started to look angry. "Uh..." Walking back to the room he said from out side the room he said, "Is it okay that it doesn't mind if you stab it?"

Ling nodded to then said "Well I am not sure what it is but my plants found this thing in my room...." he trailed off as he pulled a metal box from his pocket which was held shut with a heavy metal lock. "From what my plants tell me it isn't pleasant or friendly I was hoping you could help this is the second time I have seen one." he said not even sure if the box was secure enough to hold whatever was inside.

"Oh" Rahon said to himself stupidly. "well I kinda fainted from loss of energy." he said though it would seem odd to suddenly be zapped of energy for no apparent reason and Rahon didn't appear to have anything else to say.
