"Oh, Okay...." Jessica responded. She then looked through in her bag, making sure she had her things. Inside there was two books. One about mythical creatures, and her spell book. She sighed of relief, she didn't want to leave these two things behind...ever.

Alex kept his eyes towards the area which Achmed was directing him. "Giving our present speed, we should reach the valley in about 6 hours. If we decide not to make camp and sleep for the night." He badgered to Alex.

((I's back^^ Also, I think that all of us are together anyway, Jess having been the last (Alex, then Joan, then Me and Serrenedy, lastly Jess).))
Aneisa jumped onto the back of one of the camels, rolling her eyes at Serrenedy. 'Sheesh! I think this girl is going to be the death of us. What's she going to say in the morning when she goes back to normal? 'Oh, Hey guys! I'm back for the day, but my cousin will be back tonight'?'
Saraphina chuckled. "I know, Dear. She's not the brightest lamp in the room, but she could still be useful. We'll just have to keep a bit of a reign on her and hope for the best."

Alex just kept his eyes on the path ahead, and kept his head up as much as he could as the camel tread a path for everyone in the group to follow.
THE NEXT MORNING....
The group had arrived in the Valley of the kings, with an archaeological team already there, digging for the tomb of a lesser king of the sands. "Ah, good to know we finally made it." Alex said to them, taking off his cloak for everyone to see his human form.

Jessica had nodded off sometime during the trip. She woke up when Alex started talking. "Wha--?" she said, still sleepy, "Are we here already?"

Aneisa had snoozed on and off through out the night, but got the feeling that Saraphina had quietly taken control of her body during those times to make sure that she didn't fall off or do anything else that might give them away.
Aneisa woke up just before sunrise and thanked Saraphina for her help.
When they reached the Valley, Aneisa shook off her cloak to look around. "Wow. I'm not exactly sure what I was expecting, but this is... different. So, where's the tomb we need to go to?"

Alex dismounted from the camel, with Achmed doing th same. "Unfortunately, it isn't here." He told Aneisa as he put his hand above his eyes, blocking the sunlight. "We have to walk a few miles across the river to the tomb." He told her.

((I was at passport camp for 5 days-and Mayaralind before that))
Serrenedy was now back to normal "Hi everybody-my cousin had a...tour to direct, in a pyrimid-she works here in the days, she asked me to handle her night shift-so, we'll be switching...a lot." She had relised the flaw in her plan and tried horribly to fix it

Aneisa chuckled at Jessica's reaction. "Oh, come on. I'm sure you can handle a couple of miles. Just think of it as a good trip around the mall, only without the shops."
The moment Serrenedy opened her mouth about her cousin, Aneisa cringed. 'Great, Hun. Just keep making yourself look nuttier and nuttier. That's just what we need.'

(( Yeah, i've been trying, and failing miserably, to get a socail life outside of Gaia. sweatdrop ))
When Alex saw that most everbody was here and accounted for, he made a mental note of Serrenedy's, "problem. "You might just have to quit said job. Unless you want someone else to reprise your role." He warned her. "Get ready immediatly, cause Achmed's contract ends tonight." He told the group.

(Heh, don't feel too bad. I kinda know what you mean. I've got really only 3 friends, one will be going back to school next month, one I don't see that often, and the other is leaving to go to a city half way across the state in a couple of weeks (that's alright, she's a bit of a pain anyway^^). Thankfully I've got work and the compy to keep me fairly entertained.))
Aneisa hopped off the camel she had been riding, slipped out of the cloak she had warn that night, rolled it up, slipped it in her back pack, then slung said BP on her shoulders. Settling her hat on her head last, she gave it a pat then smiled at Alex. "Lead on, McDuff." (I can just picture if Goliath or Demona were awake, but not paying much attention 'Wait, what was that about MacBeth?'^^)

Alex gave a low grunt when he heard Serrenedy talking about not being able to quit. "Well, fake your death or something." He said to her. "Anyways, we have to leave now. It will take us until sundown to make it to the tomb. And watch out for scorpion's nests." He warned them.
