((weren't we in orbit, launching from an SD? if that's the case, free fall would still happen, and dropping wouldn't occur. You'd have to be less than a 100 miles above the planet before any gravitational field even thinks of decaying orbit, and most ships would be much higher, as spacecraft usually go about 250, if I'm right? Or were we taking off from the planet? I'm confused?))

"Let's see, we're now stalled over the planet, if the engines die or we don't get moving soon, we're going to plummet down and probably die, and our pilot is incapacitated and our second best choice is sitting here idly not oding anything. What do you propose we do? GET ON THE CONTROLS!"

Zeta entered the cockpit swiftly, and with him came a sense of dutiful silence. "Delta- controls. Sigma, you take command of the bridge." He pulled Theta over his shoulder, careful not to bash his head on the ceiling. "All available hands to gunnery stations or monitors, as per specialty." He glared at all of them pointedly. "And quiet down. You all sound like a bunch of mutinous mercenaries."
He promptly spun on his heel and carried Theta to the medical bay. He applied some plasma and bio-plast to his skull before then applying synthflesh. He cleaned the wound and bandaged it, then poppd some pills into the pilot's mouth to ease his pain once he came to.
Zeta strode back into the cockpit, watching everything and everyone with an icy stare.

Gamma was still hearing Sigma's screams, Omikron's cynicisms, Zeta's orders, and Theta's complaints. He chuckled and spoke up.
"Oh, that's enough to prove that we're just one big happy family."

Delta huffed.
" Slaggin....Right. Gyros primed. Equilizers charging.....We good to go. "
Delta charged the ships thrusters but some thing went wrong.
" Great.....thanks to captin 'I need to tell ever one what to do' We might come in low......you all should know what that means. I would try and get us higher but the thrusters on this ship are not strong enough to do that in this angle. Every one strap in!"
Delta try some thing that just might kill them all. He put the ship into high gear and tryed to get some speed to wing it up. The ship started to shake violently.
Delta slammed the controles back and the ship slowly tilted back and Delta calmly shut the thrusters off and the ship went into free fall.
" 300,000 feet and falling." Delta calmly stated. " Attempting to reactivate thrusters.........stand by...................Come on....come on."
The thrusters coughed. The ship raced by shuttles and other ships. Then a large bang and the thrusters blasted them out of harms way.
" Hrmm....next time dont stop me."

Sigma sighed and made his way to the 'bridge', which was really just a room with a viewport adjoined to the cockpit.
"So..that Omikron guy is a kriffing idiot isn't he?"

The comm channel sounded.
"This is Sigma of the uh...umm..Specialized Clone Unit, to be Adressed by Palpatine?"
"Authorized. Please wait for your escorts"
Soon, two T.I.E. Fighters were bankiing down to the planet with the cruiser.
