Grenth didn’t have a chance to see Leon’s landing, but he did hear it, and he winced. Faceplants were unpleasant at almost any speed, and they’d been going pretty fast. Grenth shoved his hands in his pockets to protect them from the cold and took a seat near a tree while Leon bathed. He couldn’t stand cold water, personally, but it seemed to work for the goatman. “To each his own, I guess,” He said to himself, watching a bird pick through its wings on a nearby branch.
It didn’t take too long for Leon to bathe, and Grenth had to wonder, upon close inspection of the man, how he managed to swim. Arm strength, probably, though the stamina required for that was probably immense. Grenth got to his feet as Leon returned, clean, clothed, and ready to go. “Since we’re teleporting into a building, we can’t really run this time. Not unless you feel like gettin’ real cozy with a wall. So, this time, we just need to jump. I didn’t try this earlier because running was easier, but this one of the only ways to safely teleport into a building.” He stepped forward and placed his hand on Leon’s shoulder once more. “On three. One… two… three!” Grenth jumped into the air, and, on the descent, teleported them back. If he teleported them while they were still going up, they’d slam into the ceiling.
A couple seconds this time, much faster than before, and they were back at Silver’s place, standing right where they’d been standing while talking to Doina and Blade. Grenth let go of the man and stretched out of his arms. “Any muscle pain, blindness, disorientation, or weakness should wear off in less than an hour.”
[That’s it for me tonight…]

Leon sighed as he knew what was about to happen. He was glad for the experience, but he figured that he would do it as little as possible. He jumped when he was told to, and felt the same sensation as before. Fortunately, this time the experience was a fraction of the time from before.
Next thing he knew, he was standing in Silver's living room looking very clean and Leon decided that now was a good time to put on his arm guards. He also found an old necklace in his bag. He looked at it closely and was shocked that he had forgotten it existed. It was the only thing his pseudo father ever gave to him. The necklace wasn't very fancy, but is was indeed something to wear that he usually didn't. He felt weird putting on the bone and silver necklace for the first time but sighed afterward, thankful that it looked ok. He looked through his bag and found what he was looking for, a light cloak to complete his look. It was a deep blue, and was obviously not meant for keeping things warm. It went with his kilt thankfully, so he looked a little more fully dressed.
As Leon looked up towards the hallway, he saw a sight that made his heart skip a beat. Silver was absolutely beautiful in her dress, and she seemed a little embarrassed by it, which only added to her beauty. He saw Seraphis there, seemingly trying to get a sentence out and smiled. The two of them really were hitting it off together, even though neither of them would admit it. He gave them a wide grin and bowed respectfully. He then turned to Grenth. Thank ou very much for the help, and the experience. Though it is not the transportation that had made my muscles weak, but it is the beauty of a woman." he said, indicating Silver. "I'm going to go find the other girls and see how they're doing." he said and departed with another slight bow. He wound up finding the room that Blade and Doina were in by all the giggling and knocked on the door. "May I enter the room to bother you two? There is something out here, or someone rather you really should see for yourselves." he said through the closed door.

Silver felt her flush return in full force at Seraphis's reaction. I don't look that different... do I? Unsure, she directed her gaze to the floor for fear of making a fool of herself. Leon did not help any when he complimented her. She self-consiciously crossed her arms and brought her hands up to cover the bare skin of her shoulders. "It feels... strange..." she finally admitted softly. Strange was putting it mildly. Silver hadn't worn a dress since she was ten and took an interest in the guard. "Does it... Does it really look...alright?" Her blush grew darker at the question she dared ask, but she had to. Rose wouldn't tell her if she really looked ridiculous, she had made the dress, and Rob would say she looked horrible just to tease her. She had a feeling Seraphis would be honest about what he thought. As it was now, she was still wishing that her shoulders weren't exposed. It made her that much more uncomfortable, something Silver didn't doubt her friend had expected. Fal so owes me for this humiliation... she thought as she still wasn't able to look Seraphis in the eye. It was going to be a long night if this continued...

Seraphis could see the blatant discomfort that Silver was feeling. He felt a little sorry for her, but found it to be a little amusing as well. He could tell that she didn't wear dresses often, or at all. As headstrong as he knew Silver could be, he regretted that he hadn't heard the conversation between Rose and Silver regarding the dress. It was bound to be amusing! He smiled and crossed the floor to stand before Silver. Gently, he placed his hands on her upper arms and moved them down to her forearms to get her to stop messing with her shoulders.
"You, right now, are the most beautiful sight I've had the pleasure of laying my eyes on in a very long time," Seraphis said sincerely, meeting Silver's gaze, "You look wonderful... Every bit of you. So relax." Seraphis' smile was renewed. Then a thought crossed his mind. Silver might be made a little more comfortable if she wasn't the only one wearing formal clothing.
"Wait here," he told Silver, a hint of excitement in his voice, "Don't move. I'll return shortly." With that, he turned and made his way to the bathroom. He paused at the door to take one more look at Silver. Gods, she was beautiful! So beautiful that his body ached at the sight of her. He let out a soft sigh and disappeared into the bathroom. A few minutes later, he stepped out with a confident gait. In place of his usual robes, he wore a woolen formal jacket, colored in a dark, blueish gray shade (he had heard some people describe it as the color of a stormy sea at night) with silver adornments. In the place of leggings, Seraphis opted to wear woolen slacks tailored to match the jacket. In the place of his traveling boots, he wore a pair of polished black gentleman's boots that extended nearly all the way up to his knees.
Unlike Silver, Seraphis was confident in his appearance. He knew that the suit made him look good. He crossed the floor again and stopped to stand a few feet from Silver.
"How do I look?" he asked, his tone, comically dashing. He flashed her an equally comical smile, trying to keep the mood light hearted so Silver would be less concerned about the way she looked.

{{Sorry, this post is mostly blabber. xD Ya'll shall SUFFAH! And I kind of fudged out Blade's dress, so sorry if it looks wrong in your head or what I said was confusing. xD;}}
Blade was laughing over something when she heard a knock at the door. She lifted her head up before getting up to open the door. She herself was only half-dressed, so instead of opening the door up fully she just opened it a crack to stick her head out. She hid the rest of her body behind the door and grinned up at him.
"[You cannot come in, we are dressing. And see something? Important enough to disturb us? It is a crime to disturb dressing ladies.]" She joked before she turned her head to spot Silver. She blinked before smiling again, "ooo"ing at the half-elf. "" That was, Blade had to admit, a very nice dress. Blade couldn't tell if the dress had actually been tailored for Silver or one of those dresses that was made to fit just about anyone. Either way, whoever had made the dress had very good taste. Blade herself had to admit that Silver looked much different than she had before. That, and her hair looked very good the way that it current was. You almost couldn't tell that Silver had a limp, and Blade doubted that someone who didn't know that she had a bad leg would even be able to tell. " pretty. You should wear dresses more often, that one fits perfectly on you!>" Then, out of what seemed like nowhere to Blade, Seraphis came out. He too was wearing some kind of fancy garb, which looked rather dashing on her teacher. "" She giggled before looking up at Leon, glancing at what he was wearing before nodding. "[You look good too! We are almost finished. Just a little more secon- correction, time.]" She smiled at him before pulling her head back into the door and shutting it. She turned herself back around and walked back over to where her jewelery was. "" Blade sat down on her heels and reached into her shadow. She slowly pulled out a red and black dress, closing her shadow off once the dress was fully out. She'd have to figure out where she'd put her shoes for this dress later. She held the dress up, tapping her heel on the floor. This dress wasn't meant for climates like this, so she'd have to stick a heat spell on it. This dress, unlike the other clothes, had been made to withstand her magic. It had been a gift from one of her closest friends, one of whom she hoped to see soon. And, as long as Leon didn't mind it, she'd stick close by to him. He seemed to generate a lot of body heat, something that would prove to be advantages in this kind of weather.
"" Blade chirped, practically bouncing on her feet before she began to pull off the rest of her clothing. She turned to face Doina, a joyful smile on her face. "" She chuckled to herself before grabbing the dress and carefully sliding into it. This dress, while it was suited to be fancy, was more for dancing. The top of the dress had no sleeves but was held up by the front of the dress which came back to tie around her neck. Blade tied it into a knot that had never failed her before and then began to fiddle with the rest of the dress. The bottom of the dress was loose, designed to shift and flow about for her legs while she danced. A corset was wrapped around her waist and small sleeves that hung from her shoulders rested just for a few inches against her upper arm. Then, a simple sash was wrapped loosely underneath her waist, held up by her hips. Now Blade grabbed her jewelery box and selected a few bracelets to slide onto her wrists. Once they were there she squeezed them and they shrank until they fit snugly. She snapped on two armlets and then a small choker. All the items and parts of the dress were red and gold, colors that definitely contrasted against the cold. But this was Blade's favorite dress and she wouldn't wear it without wearing jewelery as well. Besides, she didn't get to wear dresses a lot and they were about to possibly fight the wind spawn. She wanted to at least look pretty for a day before she engaged in a fight that might end her life.
" done.>" Blade stated before grabbing her brush and running it through her hair. Any tangles or snags were immediately destroyed (no tangle or knot could stand up to the might of her brush) and she set the brush back down into the box. Then she reached underneath all of her jewelery and pulled out a few veils. She quickly pulled out the one with the light golden hue and then put the other ones back in, being sure not to fiddle with the careful folding that made them small enough to fit on the bottom together. She grabbed a few clips and then proceeded to clip the veil onto herself, letting some hair free itself above her face so that she didn't look bald. She twisted the bottom of the veil and stuck some pins through it, this way it could move airy-like but not do something annoying like fly up into her face. Then Blade pushed aside her jewelery and grabbed another smaller box. Opening it revealed a small mirror and a few items of face paint inside of it. Without wasting time Blade immediately picked out her colors and then applied it on her lips and then some of the powder on her eyes. Just a little bit, not too much, as Blade normally preferred to be natural and face paint could be expensive. Then, after a quick check in the small mirror that had been built into the top of the box, Blade snapped it shut and put it away. She closed the larger box and then put it into her shadow, grabbing some shoes out the same time. She slipped the flat-bottomed shoes on her feet, stood up, and whispered underneath her breath while making gestures around her body. Her hands glowed faintly as she cast the warming spells on her jewelery, clothes, and shoes. She ended the spell by closing her eyes and forming an odd symbol above her heart with her hand, a small spark flickering between her body and hand. "" Blade had dressed and put on her make-up very quickly, her experience for putting on face paint still staying alive from her teenage years with the elves. All in all, it had only taken six minutes. Now Blade reached back and quickly tied the knot of her corset. Now she was done.
"" Blade winked at the other female before opening the door and sliding through it. However, instead of walking over to where the others were she headed over to the kid was sleeping. She leaned over to look at him before straitening herself, nudging him with her foot. "Hey kid! Wake up, now. I'm about to throw you into the tub to take a proper bath." She had her hands set on her hips as she spoke, her weight evenly divided between both of her legs. With that said she turned herself around and walked into the bathroom, noting the dirty water. Her lips puckered before she reached into her shadow and pulled out a tiny bag. She stood beside the side of the tub and threw in just a pinch of the powder inside of the bag she'd pulled out. Immediately all of the dirt and grime in the water pulled itself together, forming a tiny ball at the bottom. Then it floated up and Blade carefully grabbed it with the tips of her fingers and tossed it out the window. Dirt could go freely back to mother nature. Blade grabbed soap and set it down on the side of the tub along with a towel before heating the water up. She then grabbed some clothes from her shadow, men's clothes. Blade typically used these whenever she was trying to pretend to be a man. These things did wonders. They would be rather big on the boy, but it was better and would be warmer than whatever the hell it was that he was currently wearing. Done, she headed to where the kid was, arms crossed. "There's a tub of warm water waiting for you. Next time I see you I better not see a speck of dirt anywhere on you or else your a** is mine. And you know how to wash, right? Just take the soap and rub it all over your body. Now off with you! And don't get the floor wet. There's a perfectly good towel for you to use when you're done to dry yourself off with. Once you dry yourself put on the clothes that's in there because I'm throwing out the ones you're currently wearing. Now hurry up!" She turned around and walked back to where the others were, the bottom of her dress flowing as she moved. She walked up to Leon, as he was the first person she saw (and Seraphis was probably too googly-eyed with a certain someone to pay attention) and curtsied to him. "[How do I look?] "
{{I love that question. >>}}

Letting him move her arms, Silver smiled shyly at Seraphis's words. She tilted her head to the side when he left, curious not only about what he was doing, but what he sighed about. She really was too innocent... When Blade complimented her as well, she felt a little bit more confident. Maybe she didn't look so bad. She felt her breath catch when he came out in his own formal clothes. He looked... incredible... She felt herself blush again, even as he came to stand in front of her. "You look wonderful..." she told him shyly, meeting his gaze this time. Hesitantly, she stepped forward so she was direcly in front of him. She tucked a stray strand of hair behind her own ears, then did the same for him before straightening his collar slightly, adding, "Though Rose is going to accuse you of dressing to match me." She rested her hands lightly on his chest for a second, caught in his gaze, before forcing herself to step back before she did something silly. Looking around, Silver noticed their other two companions and said, "You two look nice as well. I like your face paint, Blade. I've never learned how to use it, personally."

Seraphis blushed slightly at the contact Silver had made. Had she been straightening his collar? He found it a little odd, the way she was absently doting over him. Yes, odd, but not unwelcome. His heart ached as she broke contact backed away. What was it about this woman that kept him so enthralled? Yes, she was quite beautiful, but he knew that wasn't all of it... There was something else there. Something he couldn't quite make out.
Then, quite suddenly, Seraphis snapped back to reality and registered what Silver was saying. It made him chuckle a little.
"Rose may accuse me of whatever she likes," Seraphis said lightheartedly, "The truth is that I've been walking around for months with this in my bag." He looked over his shoulder when Silver acknowledged the presence of the others. Seeing that Leon had some extra adornments for the occasion, Seraphis nodded to the ibixian in approval. Then, his eyes fell on Blade. She actually looked quite striking herself! However, he never would have been able to picture it if he hadn't seen it himself. She pulled it off quite nicely.
"Blade!" Seraphis exclaimed in mock awe, "You're a woman!" At this, Seraphis' mouth split into a wide, mirthful grin. His muscles tensed to dodge, in case Blade decided to try to punish him for his little joke.

Blade looked over when Silver stated something about her. Blade blushed lightly and curtsied, chuckling to herself. She supposed that it probably was rather shocking to see her dressed up so fancily. "Well, if you'd ever like to wear some I'd be more than happy to do it for you, or teach you how to use it." She straitened herself and folded her hands in front of herself. "Before I left my home to be a spawn hunter I was being trained to be a dancer and musician. Traditionally we were required to know how to put the paint on ourselves. Sometimes our costumes were pretty flamboyant and our entire faces would be covered with paint." Blade pointed to her own face as she spoke before lowering her hand. "So I've got some skill in it. I've even got my own little kit somewhere in my shadow...." Thing was probably lost. She had so much crap in that thing it was ridiculous. If she was remembering correctly she actually had something like a chair inside of it. She honestly couldn't remember why... maybe she'd pull it out sometime.
"Oh, ah-ha-ha." Blade rolled her eyes at Seraphis' comment before punching him playfully on the shoulder. She smiled back and chuckled, shaking her head. "And don't speak blasphemy, teacher! Of course I'm not female." She leaned on a hip and folded her arms underneath her breasts, shaking her head disapprovingly. "Oh! And you know something? I've actually been hit on by women before. And the majority of them were strait." Blade laughed, remembering all of the times other ladies had gone up and began to flirt with her. "People are always thinking I'm a man. Being mistaken does have its perks, though. Oh, you should have seen it when I first met Ebon. He was drunk and I came to sit down beside him just because it was the only free seat. I asked him his name and he told me that he didn't like men." Oh, that was a long-lasting memory. But not because of that single incident. No, no, that had not been the end of it. "I hadn't minded, but for some godforsaken reason I kept on bumping into him for the next five months. Each time he was drunk and he kept on saying the same thing over again... you'll have to hear him tell it. You'll be laughing until you're in stitches. Let's just say that we were bitter enemies before we became teammates."

She listened to Blade go on about her jewelry as she reached into her bag and pulled out two boxes. One was the worn wooden box that held her family heirlooms with her brother’s dagger. The other was a light colored wooden box that held a design or green vines and blooming yellow flowers. Doina opened it to reveal her collection of jewelry. She looked over at Blade’s and her eyes widened. Her collection of jewelry was…amazing.
She left her little box to the side and walked over to Blade’s admiring it. All the pieces were unique and beautiful and Doina wished she could have acquired such items. But despite this longing Doina was having a good time. She looked through Blade’s jewelry and allowed the other woman to look through hers. The worn wooden box remained closed though, that was something should would never allow anyone else to wear.
Sometime later she took out the dress she was going to wear and set out on smoothing the dress out. Magic really was a wonderful thing, Doina was sure that this wasn’t the intended use for the craft but it did help the current situation. Just as she got the finally wrinkle out there was a knock on the door and Leon’s voice called for them.
Blade answered the door and Doina crept up behind her to peer over her shoulder. There was something they had to see? Doina looked around and when her eyes fell on silver she smiled brightly. Silver looked so pretty! Well she looked more than pretty, she was beautiful! The color of her dress complimented her hair and skin very nicely, and the dress itself looked wonderfully made. Silver would surely be the center of attention of their group and quite possibly of the party.
She moved away from Blade and set to dress herself. She carefully picked up her dress and slide it on. It was green colored dress that matched her eyes with a high back collar. The inside of the dress was lined in a golden yellow material that matched the short sleeves. The dress had a v-neck opening, and there was a light pattern of flowers stitched into the dress at bottom.
Putting on her clothes really didn’t take her too long. Traveling around with the Sisterhood of Itare and performing had taught her that you couldn’t take too long getting dressed. You’d either be found half nude or left behind. The things that would hold her up would be her hair and accessories. She had just started her hair by the time Blade was finished. She had some of her hair up in her hand, a pin in her mouth, as she turned to look at Blade. She looked so different…but she still looked pretty! She smiled and nodded, silently promising not to be too much longer.
As the door closed she pinned her hair up, only some of her wavy hair trailing in the back. Doina used the mirror in her jewelry box to look at her hair and smiled as she was satisfied with it. She reached into her bag again and pulled out a small little vile of clear liquid. Opening it and dabbing a bit on her finger she dabbed the scent on her neck. She didn’t really use this perfume much, in the open it would attract unwanted attention. So she relished the honeysuckle smell and put the vial away. Her eyes traveled to the unopened box and she walked over to it. Running her hand over the cover, the sealing spell released itself and presented her with the dagger, the hair pin and the ring. She looked down at her mother’s family crest hair pin and picked it up. Sealing the box again she placed it back in her bag before walking over to hr mirror. She placed the pin in her hair, the small sapphire with the family emblem showing through her hair. She picked out a necklace with blue beads and placed the rest of her stuff away and headed out.
“Sorry about the wait.” she said as she closed the door behind her.
She took a look at everyone and smiled, they looked great! Leon looked good when he was clean and Seraphis looked very handsome in his clothing that matched Silver’s.

Knock. Knock. Knock.
A couple of sharp raps at the door alerted Silver to the arrival of Rob and Rose. Smiling slightly at the others, she moved to the front door and opened it to reveal the couple. Rob was out of his guard's uniform, and in a white shirt, a russet velvet tunic, and black wool pants and boots similar to Seraphis's, a broadsword at his side. With her arm daintily twined through her husband's, Rose was still playing the opposite role of Silver, dressed in a similar dress of pink wool with black accents as opposed to her blue and white. However, Rose's shoulders were covered by a black velvet wrap to ward off the chill, and the bodice was set higher to accomidate her growing belly.
Rob couldn't help but grin. "Well, who turned the dirty brat into a half-decent lady-. Ow!" Rob winced as both women whapped him upside the head before they hugged each other in greeting.
"Are you all ready to go?" Rose asked, peeking over her shoulder at the group, though her view wasn't good. She did catch sight of Seraphis and sighed. "A man with his eyes should be in green... Though it was sweet for him to match you..."
"I don't think it was intentional, Rose," Silver said in amusement. "And trust the seamstress to complain about the color! If I catch you so much as twinkling your fingers..."
"Oh, I wouldn't change the dye without his permission anyway," Rose waved away her friend's concerns. "And don't you start worrying about me using magic while with child. I've been good for months now, right Rob?"
Her husband grinned. "Well, I had to keep an eye on her at first-. Ow, okay, okay!" Rob moved away as his wife hit him again. "But now she's much better about it!" Silver rolled her eyes at their antics, though inwardly she was amused.
"Let me gather the others, and we'll be right there," Silver said, then hurried back into the house, but before she had gone two steps, she heard Rose call her name.
"Silver," Rose warned, "Lady Silver is on the war path tonight. If you don't have an escort, you know what she'll do."
The half-elf made a disgusted face and commented, "Black Crow. Ugh."
"Black Hawk," Rob glumly corrected, his normal endless cheer gone. "He passed the trials three years ago. And he's the only Hawk of our generation. It leaves for slim pickings if Lady Silver has her way and Fal retires here in a decade or so." Silver frowned at the hint as she continued into the house, Rose and Rob coming just inside the door and out of the cold to wait on them. Black Cr-Hawk had been a pain in the butt when she was here, but she could beat him easily. The problem was his way of thinking. He wanted to isolate Falcon's Ridge even further, and keep away outsiders. While many of the older elves agreed with him, the younger ones, including Silver, Rob, and Rose, wanted contact with the outside world, for protection if anything else.
She pulled herself from thoughts of politics and smiled slightly at the others. "Well, time to go." With a pause, she shyly looked at Seraphis out of the corner of her eyes and asked softly in a polite tone, "Seraphis? Would... Would you mind being my escort tonight? I have to sit at the high table, and I would rather not be alone..." Or forced to sit with a man whose blood I would like to shed. she mentally added.

Grenth took a moment to examine all the nicely dressed-up people. He paid special attention to Blade, who he’d never seen in a dress and who he could not be sure he’d ever see in a dress again. Doina would be out soon, too, and after the kid was finished with his bath, Grenth would probably be the only one in regular clothes. That would never do! He could teleport a few more times, he figured, before he started to ache. It didn’t help that he was still hungry from that little trip with Leon. But it couldn’t really hurt, and he needed better clothes if he was going to blend in at all. So, without a word, he jumped into the air and teleported away. Unless something happened, he’d be back in a few minutes. A split second of that cold rush through the dark and he was out, landing on his feet in a dark and dusty house.
This was actually his house. He’d bought it from a couple that wanted to travel while they still could, and he’d paid quite a lot for it. It was a nice house, though, and completely worth it, even if he never came here. At the time of buying, he thought he’d never hunt the spawn again. His hopes of a peaceful life in his new home and quickly faded though, under constant assault by horrible and relentless dreams. Grenth sighed and headed toward the bedroom, turning on the magic lamps as he entered. He’d gotten these lamps from an experimenting magician that sold them out of a cart. The man had explained that he’d placed dozens of small spells (of which kind he never elaborated) inside the small hollowed out piece of wood at the top of the lamp. When a piece of wood or crystal was inserted, the spells would activate and the inserted object would light up. Grenth had left crystals next to each lamp in his home, as they were generally a better choice than the less expensive wood.
With the room lit up well enough, Grenth pulled a chest from under his large bed and opened it. Inside were his fancy clothes, things he’d only worn a few times in the last four years. He didn’t spend much time in places that required these clothes, being a spawn hunter. Grenth stripped quickly and pulled on the clothes from the chest. The outfit was made for him about five years ago, but it still fit almost perfectly. It was a little tighter around the shoulders than he remembered, but he’d gained a lot of muscle since he last wore it. The overall theme was green. The shirt and pants were very much like the ones he’d just taken off in style, but the shirt was made of a high quality dark forest-green material with a now somewhat dull golden trim. The pants were black, but no faded like his day-to-day black pants, and had a little bit of that same golden trim. There was a light jacket to match the shirt, and a pair of polished boots, because he couldn’t stand dress shoes. It was a simple outfit, but Grenth wasn’t a complicated guy.
He left his regular clothes on the bed and made sure all of his knives were tucked safely into his new clothes before grabbing his weapons and preparing to teleport. He stopped right before the jump and went to turn off all the lamps before jumping into the air and teleporting back to the house in his new clothes. Grenth set his weapons next to the door, along with his gloves, which he’d forgotten to leave at the house. Finally, to complete the whole thing, he undid his ponytail and shook his hair out a bit. That was much, much better!
It was about that time that he noticed Doina. In her dress and jewelry, she was… radiant. He whistled appreciatively and sent a quiet thank you to whatever deities might be watching for sticking him in a group with such attractive women as he approached her. It was kind of funny, Grenth thought, that they were both wearing green. “Dressing to match me, dear? You shouldn’t have!”
[Ah, I was almost finished with this post when I read Alika’s post, and I was too lazy to change his outfit color… also, this post was completely forced.]

((Gah! So behind!!))
Leon smiled and couldn't help but listen to Blade and Doina get into their clothes and rustle with jewelry. In was just in his nature, Though he wasn't obvious. When he heard Blade approach the door, he stepped back, looking like he was only simply waiting for her and Doina to exit. A smile crept over Leon's face as he heard Blade chastise the kid. He nodded his silent agreement, and then nodded to Doina as she exited.
All the women in the group he found to be gorgeous, especially Silver and, surprisingly, Blade. He laughed a bit as Blade asked the male-bane question 'do I look fat in this' and shook his head. "Dear me no, You look... Well, If I had to describe, I would say that you look like the morning after a light spring rain, as the sun rises just above the clouds and the flowers begin to bloom." Not sure if that had totally confused Blade, Leon smiled and spoke more elegant elven than usual. "" He had blushed a little, though you couldn't really tell under all the now poofy fur, but he kind of looked away and seemed to act a little embarrassed. Leon could tell that Blade could look like a woman when she wanted to from the start, she had that scent of beauty about her.
Then the subject of alcohol came u and Leon let out a laugh. "That reminds me, I believe that we were to be drinking partners later today, perhaps when the celebration is over? I don't tend to sleep much anyway, so it should be fun. Last one standing wins." he said with a large smile. He was looking forward to having a drink with Blade and, strangely, to get closer to her.
He then heard the knocking at the door and heard muffled voiced of Silver, the guard, Rob, and Rose. Something serious seemed to be going on by their tone, but he just dismissed the thought as Silver came back in and asked if Seraphis would be her escort. Maybe it was politics, but the two did really seem to be connecting. Maybe he shouldn't slow down after all? Eh, Leon had been out of the dating scene for a while, so he had no idea. He got ready to go to the celebration, opting to leave his naginata here but keep his sword and knife on him for the time being. He was never one to trust new towns.

((Its alright. Now there are two pairs of matching people.)) It seemed all they were waiting for now was the kid. She looked towards where he was sleeping before and when she saw that his seat was vacant, she wondered where he went off to. He was probably forced to go take a bath like Blade and Leon had been threatening to give him. Did he have clean clothes to change into? It would defeat the purpose of getting him clean to put him in dirty clothing again.
But the fact that he was coming was a little…well she couldn’t find a word for it. His lack of manners could spell disaster, he would probably end up insulting someone. Intentionally or not. But he couldn’t be left here by himself either….
‘Guess we’ll have to watch him.’
She noticed that Grenth was gone as well. He probably went to get dressed himself. From his teleporting powers he could go to the other side of the world and still only be gone for a few minutes. Doina smoothed out a small little wrinkle in her dress. Even though this was a celebration she was still an elf in another elfin society. She would have to be courteous and do her best not offend anyone there. Her village may be no more but she still represented her people.
Grenth returned, distracted her from her nervousness and she laughed lightly when she saw that they were in similar colors. At his whistle she blushed but she kept a smile on her face. She didn’t expect to get many compliments for her looks but she appreciated them when they came to her.
“Well I must say that you look good in green. So I thought why not complement you.” she said with a grin.
Silver came in and told them it was time to go before she looked over at Seraphis and asked him something. Oh hoo, ho….asking him as an escort huh? Really, those two…but Doina found it to be cute anyway she just smiled at it.

At Leon's flatter Blade tilted her head, listening to him carefully. She lifted an eyebrow and giggled, lifting her hand up to her mouth. Usually when males spoke like that it either meant that they really liked the girl or they were just trying to get in their pants. Blade had seen both, and for some reason it always seemed like the men with the best intentions were turned down while the ones with the worst were always accepted. '' She told herself, her common sense 'voice' adding in the small bit at the end.
"" She answered, glancing over as she heard Grenth say something. Then, realizing that Doina was actually standing behind her, Blade turned herself around to look at her. She "ooo"d for the second time in ten minutes and resisted from hugging Doina out of fear for wrinkling Doina's dress. So instead she opted for leaning over and gently tapping her nose on Doina's forehead. The was, albeit odd, better than kissing and accidentally getting some of her lip paint on Doina's lovely forehead. This kind was supposed to stay, as Blade usually only wore dresses when she danced and dancing led to sweating; but she didn't feel like risking it. "" She turned around again when she heard Leon say something about drinking.
"Oh! Yes, I'd be more than happy. As long as a friend of mine doesn't show up." She doubted that they would, but she knew that they liked dancing and since she was wearing this dress they might pop up. Better to warn Leon than to make promises. "Well! Since everyone is ready I propose that we go. Leon, care to be my escort?" Seraphis was definitely going to be taken and it would only make sense for Doina and Grenth to go together as they were wearing matching outfits. She now looked over at the couple standing at the doorway and bowed to them, making the elven symbol of peace against her cleavage as she did so. ""

Seraphis chuckled lightly at Blade's comments. He made a mental note to get the full story from Ebon later. He looked at the parade of formal wear that was popping up around him. Everyone looked gorgeous tonight! So long as the spawn wasn't nearby, this would be a delightful night. Seraphis became a little self conscious at Roses remarks about his attire, but shrugged off the uncomfortable feelings. He liked this color and that's the color his suit would stay. He glanced at Silver when she asked if he would escort her to the celebration. He blushed a little bit at this, still captivated by her beauty.
"I would be honored, Silver," he said softly. With that, he bent his arm a bit, offering it to Silver.
((I really wish I could think of more to lengthen the post, but this is all you're getting right now. blaugh ))
