Kai sat up and looked at her "Lady Feena I can assure you that I will not get hurt and it's not like we're not trained in combat" Kai sighed
"there is no need to worry about me I can handle myself"

Feena blushed even deeper, but she bravely brought her eyes to him. A girl had entered the room, but she took almost no notice.
"I know Kai, but..." she smiled weakly and shook her head, "That doesn't stop me from worrying. You would worry too if it were somebody you cared about."

"as true as that is the person I care about doesn't do any of that type of stuff and tho other people that do I'm always by there side while they are doing the action"Kai looked at Miomoko "Mio this is Princess Feena one of the Royal family and one we shall be protecting with our lives"he said with great calmness in his voice the whole time

Miomoko turned her head and stood up, she walked over to Feena and bowed her head, "Pleasure to meet you ma'am. I am Miomoko, and that's Kian, my fox." She said looking down at her fox. Kai obviously noticed that Miomoko had caught a bit of the conversation, but she wasn't going to say naything about it.

Kai's first comment made her blush so deeply that she had to take refuge behinf her lace fan.
"oh, err...Pleasure to meet you, Miss Miomoko"
She stood up and curtsied as best she could while hiding her pretty face behind her fan. After she was done she sat back down, fanning herself furiously. The room had suddenly gone from mildly cool, to about 100 degrees in seconds... or at least thats how it felt for her.

Feena fanned herself even faster, pouting slightly because kai's attention had turned to a different girl.
So... this girl is the one Kai was sparring with? she thought childishly, Oh no... she is quite pretty... I hope sparring was ALL that they did.

Miomoko rasied her head and turned to Kai, "I did. I practiced for a bit after you left as well. Made sure my sword did not venture to far so as not to bring it back in time to defend myself." She said with a small smile on her face, she was glad to have received pointers from a great swordsman. She turned towards Feena, "I hear you do not like swords, I'm sorry for worrying you by sparring with one ma'am." Miomoko apologized, "I was just in dire need of some pointers."

Feena set her fan down, her blush now quite gone from her face.
"Oh, well, I hope Kai was able to teach you something great, otherwise I shall have to speak to Daddy about him," she winked at Kai to let him know she was joking and smiled pleasently at the women, "So... your new here, I take it? I haven't seen you around before."

Kai looked at Feena and chuckled at the pouted face, knowing why she was pouting he didn't say anything as he listened to the girls talk he fixed the only clothing he dared not take off his tattered old gloves so they would fit comfotably on his hands. Kai's body felt lightweight without the armor on so to him it was weird.

Miomoko nodded, "Yes ma'am." She replied, "Both Kian and myself arrived earlier." She smiled, "Kai welcomed me and made me feel at home, I met other Royalty, and almost immediately got asked to the ball. I feel very much at home here." Miomoko said smiling. Then felt bad for mentioning Chaos again around Kai. Kian gave her a quick nudge in the leg to make sure she realized it too.

Feena smiled with releif at the knowledge that she was very probly taken. At least this way she couldn't steal Kai from her.

Miomoko restrained a bit of laughter from the quick change of personality coming from Feena. "It is ma'am." Miomoko said smiling sweetly.

Miomoko smiled, "I shall. It was very unlike me to say yes without getting to know him first. But I'm sure if he's a friend of yours, he must be fine." Miomoko said in reply to Kais funny comment about Chaos.
