congure makes work of zathas being on the ground and chops his waist off alltogether, then uses the large buster to stab him, making the large sword go right through his body

Zathas body crumbled into dirt and entered the earth. Then the earth started to rumble and shake, causing congure to lose his balance. He fell forward and a spike rose from the ground impaling congure. But the spike kept rising higher into the air until it came to a stop, a long ways from the ground. The spot of the spike in congures vision twisted and transformed until the figure of zathas was before him. "Im sorry, did that hurt?" zathas mocked, looking at the tip of the blood splattered spike. "But if if it didn't, this will!" Zathas raised his fist and swung it into his face, sending blood flying.

A replacement let congure get away before the spike hits him, as the replacements turns into its true form, a leaf jounin, congure uses the fire to quickly heal his wounds and appear behind zathas, " your think you are many things, i can tell " congure takes a large slice into zathas in a quick flash , " you think you are strong " he takes another deep cut in a flash , " you think you are fast " congure slices a slash in zathas's neck, " you think you are a ninja " congure stabs zathas in the heart with buster , " but you are not, and that is why you must die " congure quickly buster out causing major blood loss, then appears behind him and uses taijutsu to break his neck, " barrage syle: fire spin! " congure spins zathas upside down, then grabs hold of him and begins to spin him in mid air, as zathas catches fire and reaches a speed of 100mph, congure launches him into the ground head first , " you will face the wrath of fire. " zathas hits the ground head first

Zathas stared into the sky as his blood pooled around him. His vision blurred as he stsred up into congures face. . He raised his hand and brought his palm to the ground uttering, "Earth Element; Mud River Jutsu". Congure easily jumped away from the ground as it turned to mud, but zathas was ingulfed it its muck. Shortly later the mud started twist and turn, rising toward the sky. It then spread out, shaping itself. " I will not let myself be killed congure, least of all by you." zathas muttered, his body forming as the mud hardened. *cough* *cough* "However you came very close, i'll give you that.....I am done with you for today," he turned around, "until next time..." and he walked off, leaving congure in the rubble.

congure stood ontop of the rubble and watched zathas walk away , " until next time, zathas. " congure vanished, leaving nothing but the battle scene

medical ninja rushed up and attempted to take zathas to the hospital, where the new owner, inu uchiha, could heal him ( inu is congure's sister )

Zathas knew the medical nin were coming but kept on walking away. Slowly his body started sinking into the earth and disappeared as the top of his head was swallowed.

Congure sits there, ignoring them both. He sighs , " Well this will end with your death, zathas, unless you may like to betray the stone and come to the akatsuki... Otherwise you will have to die... "
