I have a book where I kill off the MAIN character, i tend to write a few chapters then go write the ending, it seems to keep me on the story instead of getting side tracked into another story...

i never could finish writing a book, so I just write short stories, but they're damn good short stories.

and i can't write short stoies. mine are always long xD i haven;'t made my "main character" die permanently, but she's died ebfore ^-^
