I'd rather have a hairless cat. I'd call it Mr. Bigglesworth. blaugh Plus, my other cats would totally bother/bully/eat the rat.

Even if I didn't have to clean it myself an appartment, I think Mansions are a waste of space and money. Honestly why does someone who lives alone need a 20 acre piece of land with a three story house that has like seventy rooms in it.
