Seeing the couple leave the dancefloor, Anne found herself to be relieved. She remembered all the awkwardness of hanging around Elliot, and smiled. Once again, her mother had been right. Work is work...
Turning to her friend, she yelled at her ear, so to be heard over the loud music "I guess I'm calling it a night...See you tomorrow!"
And she jumped off the circle, being immediately surrounded by horny guys claiming to be in love with her. Shrugging them off, she walked into the Service Elevator, not wanting to go into the hallways and bumping into Elliot and Krys. She sighed. Two oh-so-attractive people...and none to her.
"It's only first night, after all..." She whispered to herself, looking at her reflection on the mirror. She'd have many more chances...

Krys
Krys opened her eyes as the sun streamed into the cracks of her blinds. Feeling another weight on her bed, Krys was happy to find Elliot still sleeping next to her. There had been some mornings where she had woken up to find her bed empty. Those were some of her more disheartening moments in her life.
She leaned into Elliot and rubbed his bare shoulders all the while whispering his name into his ear, "Elliot... wake up... somebody's going to find us."
Surprisingly she had barely a hangover to deal with which lightened her mood quite a lot considering how much she drank the previous night.

Elliot kept his eyes closed and muttered, "Mmm...I don't care if I get caught...we won't get caught anyway...the door is locked.." he yawned and opened his eyes. He turned over and looked at Krys. "Wait a minute...what time is it?"

"I dunno.." Krys mumbled and pulled the covers back over her, "I don't wanna get up yet... the night staff will take care of all the check-ins and outs."

It was twelve thirty when Anne returned to the Hotel, after four hours of Physical-Chemistry labs, cursing the moment she had decided to go up to Elliot's room the previous night. She had barely had any sleep at all.
Entering the still-closed bar, she walked behind the counter. Her shift was until 5pm, and then from 10pm to 4am.
Serving herself to a cup of coffee and a orange juice with a vodka twist (which she was careful to charge on her bill), her secret combination to wake up and be in a good mood when she didn't have any sleep, she started cleaning the bar. They took no customers before 1pm, but there was a lot of work to do.

"Mmm...yeah..." he spoke softly as half of his face was buried in the pillow. He wrapped his arms around her and held her close under the covers as he slightly got up to kiss her cheek. Then he lied back down again and said, "Hm...I...I missed being like this with you."

"Me too," Krys smiled and kissed him again, "I think we should get up, now though..." Reluctant as she was, she had to leave his side at some point or she'd just keep coming back like a stray dog.
((hah, great similie))
She climbed out of the bed, feeling her sore muscles aching, and strode towards the bathroom, naked and all. She stepped into the shower and turned on the faucet. Warm water and steam filled the shower stall.
'After a year...' Krys gazed absentmindedly in the direction of the bed, 'We're here again... I hope it doesn't end like last time...'

Elliot nodded again and slowly sat up as Krys walked into the bathroom. He shook his hair out, laughing because he knew it was messy. Then, he stood up and pulled his clothes from last night back on. After he was dressed, he looked out the window to see where the sun was in the sky. After studying for a moment he thought, Hmm...it's got be a little before noon.
