Charity giggled again and reached out, taking his hand back in hers. "I never said I didn't like it, did I?" she asked, smiling.
Hearing him suggest that they should leave, she nodded quickly and answered,"Yeah, I don't want to run into them if we can help it."
Moving close to him, they left out the garage door and fled into the woods once more.

Letting her take his hand again, and he smiled some. Looking up, "Yea, lets go, so we can avoid them." He said as he followed her into the forest.

Charity quickly moved behind some trees, far from the house. Smiling a bit, she turned and said,"So, where are we headed?"

"Where ever we want, deeper into the forest, to my glade, or to the city, if you would like. Which ever one is easier." Valk said as they walked into the forest some.

"We'll help you in anyway we can." Rowan assured the girl. He couldn't help staring a bit at her wings. "Where did you come from?" The question slipped from his mouth without really knowing it.

Charity gave a small smile and said,"How about to that glade of yours? I think after the trouble of getting that tent, it'd be nice to set it up and just lie down for a bit and relax."
She moved behind him so that he was leading and held his hand a bit tighter in hers, though she didn't really notice that she did it.

"Sure, that sounds like a good idea." Valk said as they walked deeper into the woods. He felt her hand get a little tighter around his as they walked, but he didn't mind that she tightened her grip.
They started to slow down as they where entering an opened area that had had pure green grass, a small pond, with fish swimming in it, in the middle, the trees surrounding it where fully leaved. Near the little pond where a few stepping stones, leading right into the pond. "This is where I spend most of my time." He said as the two entered the glade.

Charity gasped and looked around. "W-Wow! It's so beautiful!"
She pulled him along with her to the pond, where she watched some of the fish happily. "This is so cool! I never even knew this was here."
Grinning still, she let his hand go and kneeled down, running her hand through the water a bit.

Valk had laughed a little as she gasped at it all. "The reason why no one knows about this, is because there is a magical barrier around this field. Only people that I allow in will be able to pass through the barrier." He said as he was sundenly pulled towards the water. "It is completely safe here, unless someone knows how to dispel barriers." Standing back up, he put the tent down on the ground next to the pond, and walked over to Charity, and kneeled besides it, looking into the water.

She laughed and hugged Valk. "Thanks for taking care of me," she whispered, voice suddenly calm. "For being here when my brother couldn't."

ahh, yes, e-e i never lingered from the thread -coughs- nope, not me e.e'' ))
Jessica soon stepped into a clearing through the forest to find her house where it was before. From the outside, it looks somehow like a long cabin but a lot less rusty and way bigger. She took out a key hung over her head, hidden under her soaked clothes and unlocked it. She flicked on a switch and instantly, the lights came on. She stepped inside and ushered the two of them in.
"Well, here it is. It's not much, but at least it's shelter."
She said, nervously clutching her soaked white blouse.

Charity pulled away and started to take off her shoes. Putting her socks into the her shoes, she stretched out her legs and wiggled her toes.
"It'll be nice, to get out of a house full of chaos and cursing," she said, moving her feet back and forth. "Besides, I can always search for my brother tomorrow. He's going to be in the town somewhere."
