As Arito began his assault, sword against fang, he notice that chakra was being sent through him, and wherever he stepped, a cluster of diamond shards would rise from the ground.
"What are you doing!?" Arito asked Animus. Making obstacles for our furry friend, boy. You don't think I haven't watched you use that Carbon Manipulation technique of yours, do you.
"Why are you doing this," Arito asked suspiciously, still exchanging blows with the beast. For you of course. With a greater chance of injury, the faster this battle will end, and the quicker you will be able to put me back in the sheath. It's what you want, right?
Arito didn't believe a word of it. But what choice did he have? So he let Animus continue on his own work, while Arito focused on the beast.

takihiro Notices the fire nin charge the demon with a pulsing sword of chakra "Okay now the time is to act!" Flames cover my body and i jump to the back of the demon-like shinobi katars in front ready for a head on stab and the blades of gaia still floating around me ready for a strike. "This could be bad" he calculated surveying the aggressive ninja "But always so damn stupid, I know he sees me now" he shakes his head, just then a little monkey landed on his shoulder and delivers a scroll.

Stops the jump and notices a ninja on a rock on a water fall "what the..." ignores him and goes to help the fire Nin and sends a stream of fire heading towards the beast.

Arito was feeling woozy. The battle was taking it's toll.
Keep fighting boy! You don't want to die, do you? You don't want to fail, do you?
Arito couldn't keep up with what was happening. Fire surrounded the area, concocted by shinobi that had appeared out of nowhere. Arito had lost track of everything but the beast in front of him. Above it all, Animus' voice was coming through loudest of all.
You have to fight boy. "I have to fight." You have to live. "Live." You can do it... "I can do it." but only with my aid... "your aid..." I will win for you... "win... for... me..."
And with that, Arito found himself striking the earth with the cursed sword, chakra seeping out of it in nearly endless supplies. The earth around him sharpened, and the whole area, trees and plants and everything else, turned into a glowing diamond forest, lit only by the roaring flames.
"This is it," said a voice that wasn't quite his own. No, this can't be happening. "This is where I will quench my thirst." You can't do this, I won't allow it! "You allow nothing at this point! I will devestate all the shinobi within a mile of here, and bathe in their blood!"

Sei could see that things were only getting worse. Since his warning had no effect Sei said "Gen im going to use some of your power to try and lighten the mood if you know what i mean" "O by all means" Gen said. With the ok,Sei spread his arms to make a perfect line. With all his might, he slamed his hands together sending out a large wave of sound that carried invisible explosions in it's wake.

Ni-chan saw everything in the forest turn into diamond, one way or another. "D**n it all..." said ni-chan quietly as she jumped into the air and dodged all of the jutting diamonds. 'ni-chan....why are you holding back?' kanna asked from the inside. "you're making me hold back, human." replied ni-chan as she hovered in the air a moment before plummeting back to the ground. 'if you must, then go ahead.' said kanna. 'just make sure hes not dead yet.' "yes, yes, i know, kanna." said ni-chan, rather annoyed.
