he looked over at garreth and raine. he knew he had to think of something. "how about today we stay home and do something for mommy? she loves it when you draw for her so we could draw her some get well cards" raine had a smile on her face and liked this idea "yea! i'll make mommy a card"

Garreth smiled and nodded in agreement. He thought that it would be nice to let her know that they miss her. Cyan looked towards the hallway and was upset. "Can I go give mommy a hug?"

he got up and felt bad. he put his arm around him and smiled at him a little. "well.. let's wait till she wakes up. it'll have to be quick though. i dont want you getting sick."

He smiled and hugged his father, holding onto him. "Okay." Garreth got up from the table and pushed his chair in, then walking into the living room to find the crayons and drawing pads.

raine followed him and they dug out the crayons. she placed them on the table. smash hugged cyan back and smiled. "it's ok. you better have a card ready though. it'll help mommy feel a lot better"

Cyan nodded and went to the living room, grabbing a drawing pad and a handful of crayons. Since he was so young, he wasn't really drawing anything but scribbles here and there, but he was making it colorful. Garreth was drawing some stuff rather well and was even writing 'Get Well' on it.

raine had he father's drawing talent and drew different things. she worte a little get well message and was smiling as she drew her card. smash sat down on the couch and smiled as they drew their cards.

Cyan drew a picture and was soon bored. He was at the age where his short attention span was very short and nothing could keep him entertained for long. He looked around at his brother who was still coloring and his sister that was doing the same. Without anyone noticing, he snuck out of the room and went to his room to find something to play with or do.

he looked and seen that cyan left. he raised his eyebrow a bit and wondered where he went. he sniffed the air a sence that he was in his room. he figured that it'll be hard to keep him doing one thing so he let him do what he wanted. he smiled at raine and garreth. "good job guys. i'm sure mommy will love this."

Garreth just smiled at his words and nodded. He was then folding the paper in half and holding it in his hands.
Cyan was another story. He got bored again and looked towards his parent's room. He then figured his dad didn't know what he was up to, so he went to their room and opened the door to see his mother. Mari was still sleeping in the bed and let out a cough.

he sniffed the air time to time to see what he was up to. he sence he was going into their room and got up. "excuse me guys." he teleported uto the room then walked up behind cyan, just standing there. "i know your worried but mommy needs some time alone now."

Cyan jumped a bit and closed the door. He then turned and looked up at him with a frown on his face. The boy was used to being able to see his mom every morning. "But I want to spend time with her..."

he crouched down and smiled at him. he ran his fingers through his hair as he spoke to him. "i know you do buddy. i want to spend time with her too. i just don't want you to get sick either. that would make me even more sad."

The small boy was still upset and let out a sigh. "Alright..." Cyan wrapped his arms around Smash's neck and held onto him.
