Some bands I listen to because I love the groove, some because of the technical wizadry, others because of style. The first three I listen to because they best communicate who I am and they just connect with my soul.

I don't like Incubus from what I have heard of them, I think I like Arctic Monkeys, I just haven't heard a lot of their songs, Wolfmother is tight!!!, come to think of it, I have only heard one of Alice in Chains songs from Guitar HeroII(I can't remember which one, but I bet it was cool), and I am not too fond of the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

A Queen of Snow Evil Damien 1.Opeth(best band ******** ever) 2.Lamb of God 3.Dragonland 4.Porcupine Tree 5.Nostradameus Man, that was hard from 3 down...but Opeth is the best band of all time.
heh. opeth. progressive metal.
people like to call them death metal, but there more progressive then anything. plus there really frowned upon in the death metal community.
they are pretty good, blackwater park is probably there best albumI'd say pretty much the same thing 'bout them being more Progressive, but I love the fact that you can't really put them in any real genre of Metal. And through my listening of Opeth I discovered Porcupine Tree, and I instantly heard the influence. And in my opinion Still Life is their best album.
