They came into the gym and sat down just as the bell rang.
"OK," shouted the Gym teacher. "Save the Citizen, Any Volunters?"

Emily looked around noticing that nobody voluntered. She jumped up, "I'll do it!" She shouted.
"Ok, One more person," the coach said. "You gonna be Hero or Villian Emily?"

Hearing the bell, Alex flew in the doors and headed to the gym, where everyone was already assembled. She took a seat next to a few other students.
Alex wasn't shy, but she tried to make herself unnoticable so she wouldn't get chosen.

"I dont care," Emily replied to the coach, jumping into the arena.
"If some one doesnt volunter, I am going to pick myself," The coach shouted.

Alex sighed, then rose her hand. "I'll volunteer, Couch." she replied, and made her way next to Emily.

Emily started to spin water above her hand, it spun faster and faster.

Emily bounced the water ball on her hand and amied it at the girl. She threw it as hard as she could.
