Donde Esta Mi Gato Holding your belly in all the time will eventually make your belly firmer. Sors True! surprised
Also here's something you might want to keep in mind.
Most doctors say you should only get 20-25% of your diet from fat calories. So when you pick something up do a quick calculation of the fat cals/total and see if it's in range.
Also take sugar over fat! Here's the reason why.
Glycolysis (burning sugar) yields 38 ATP(energy) per molecule. Beta Oxication of Fatty Acids yields 113 ATP and then you still have to consider that we animals store fat as Triglycerides which means you have three fatty acids in each triglyceride. So that means it's actually 339 ATP.
Hence why people who eat candy all the time are usually thinner then people who eat descent meals.

I use facial toner. A lot. Like, the moment I feel my face is sticky or oily or whatever, I put some toner on a cotton pad and just cleanse my face.
Helps with zits I think.

Use a mosturizer after you clean your face before you put on foundation. It helps the smoothness of the application and makes it last longer.

Wash your face, use a gentle exfoliating cleanser, toner, then use an oil-free moisturizer with sunscreen. It keeps away pimples (even blackheads) very well and protects your skin from the evil sun (no wrinkly skin when you're older).

Not always true for everyone, especially in the recent use of Splenda. Sure, it's just sugar that's ionized, but the process incudes carbons and bicarbonates that can yield a polar-opposite to calorie gain. Pretty much, you body feels that it has to store what few calories it gets, and it starts storing eveything consumed; the sugars included. One other good way to lose weight is to drink teas and non-carbonated fruit drinks/juices, but like I'd mentioned, try avoiding the ones with Splenda (which, ironically enough, are used in "diet" drinks, soda, etc.).

When popping a zit is absolutely necessary, use a cotton pad or a bit of toilet paper with some hot(not BURNING) water to wipe off/suck out the nastyness that comes out.
I have no idea why, but it works for me.

Only for special holidays, and some concerts I go to/am part of. And, since I haven't even played a solo show yet, and no bands around here have a use for me, I haven't worn it in some time.

I do an aspirin mask every other day. Helps keep my face really soft and I think it helps prevent acne a little because..well, I never have much acne.
Basically just crush up a bunch of aspirin (I use about 7-10) and mix the powder with a couple of drops of water. Apply it to the face, leave it on for about 10-15 minutes and then rinse off.
Moisturizing your face with Olive oil also makes your face nice and soft. I've always just used olive and sometimes a little bit of honey.
I use molasses in my hair sometimes to make it shiny and soft. Mix a couple tablespoons with a small amount of warm water and apply it to your hair before you shower. Leave it in for 15 minutes and then shampoo/conditioner blah blah blah.
