I think the album is going to be a mix of the great and the not so listenable. They have possibly got 'second album syndrome' after the success of 'Apocalyptica', as they had a lot to live up to in the new album.

Very good point. I can admit I won't be running into HMV any time soon though to buy it as well.... it simply doesn't appeal to me as much as their other albums do

I want to get it, just out of curiosity, then at least I'll have heard it through, and I can abandon it on my cd rack if I don't like it.

Hmmm true. I want a Sibelius CD lately. I am eager to hear his famous piece 'Finlandia' ^^ The cover of the new Apoc album is also putting me off lol

Finlandia is great! Sibelious is brilliant, he wrote some really good cello stuff.
baaaack towards topic....
design your own on a piece of card and put it in the case!

you should do that and send it to them, and ask them to make it the album art for the next one!

Ok my problem with the cover. It's too light a purple. I am all for blacks, reds, blues and purples once they are nice and dark but the album looks neon pink!

Nockz the Dark Cellist Ok my problem with the cover. It's too light a purple. I am all for blacks, reds, blues and purples once they are nice and dark but the album looks neon pink! lol, maybe they're goin for a new look? I hope not...I'd miss the hair

Well, I saw the vid for I'm Not Jesus yesterday and I almost had a heart attack. I absoloutely adore it!! I was like mesmirized!

The moment of truth, I am putting the album into my disc drive.... now!
the discs are a rather nice deep purple colour, though the rest of the case is a little on the pink side...
