It looks nice, very nice...and I like how you added all the cat people to one side...but if you want to say you put in the people who are active... you might wanna put in Hinata-sama, Komm, and some of the people who are RPing in Hidden Cloud...

I'll try to release a Shabang exclusive every week for the guild
Mabey Posters of something we could use on the main page, change it up every week, showing off a differant village, start off with Mist than Sound, and go on from there, you could put them in recruiting PM's.
