Zhuke rubbed his growling stomach with a frisbee in his hand.

("Heh... frisbee. I never played this before. It should be fun though.") he thought to himself, trying to look on the positive side.

He looked around, seeing couples and friends enjoying themselves. He looked back to himself, all by himself. He sighed as his head dropped.

With a bored expression on his face, he threw the frisbee off in the distance. Suddenly, his eyes widened as the frisbee bounced off a tree and floated back towards him. He grinned at the frisbee, finding some entertainment in it. Picking it back up, he threw it at the tree again, which bounced off and landed at his feet again.

("Hah... this is pretty fun.") he thought, smiling.

Again, he threw it, but very fast this time. Too busy enjoying himself, his combat reflexes weren't really on his mind as he smiled.

That smile turned into a dropped mouth as the frisbee smacked him in the forehead. Zhuke fell to the ground with a blank expression on his face and his mouth still hanging open slightly, wondering what just happened.

"Gee, thanks for the advice." he said bluntly while getting up and rubbing his forehead. "Sounds like a good idea to me. 'Cept the problem is, I'm new and don't really have many friends to hang with. So here I am, playing frisbee with a tree...but don't mind me, this is fun playing frisbee with a tree."

He bent over and picked the frisbee up and threw it fast at the tree again, which he had quite forgotten what happened last time. The frisbee of course, came back and nailed him in the head again as he fell on his backside with yet another lined mark on his forehead.

Zhuke, getting irritated, picked up the frisbee and threw it far off into the distance while pulling his G18 out. He whipped the sights up aligned with his eye and flicked the fire mode to full-auto.

He squeezed the trigger and unloaded the whole clip into the frisbee. The frisbee, which stopped and juggled momentarily in the air as the bullets smashed through it, was torn to bits. Zhuke watched the pieces of the frisbee fluttering and flaking away for awhile.

"Yep, frisbee is very fun." Zhuke said while turning to the girl and smiling calmly, dropping his raised arm down to his side.

Rikka watched her own reflection ripple in the water, as Ryuu dropped in the pebbles. "N-nothing," Rikka studdered, her sudden wall of doubt coming on as shyness. "You don't need to worry a-about me!" she stammared more.

Rikka sighed again, "Just . . . nothing." She looked up at Ryuu as she spoke, but then looked back at the reflection. It was clear again, and for a moment she saw her own expression, plastered on Ryuu's face. Maybe they were both feeling the same way, wondering about the curious choice they had made.

Rikka stood up, bending foreward to balance off her knees. She turned to Ryuu, "Why me?" she asked, wanting all her doubt to vanish. "I. . . I don't understand . . . why it's me."

Risa started picking up the shattared fragments of the frisbee. "I would have played, if you'd only asked. There are too many maniacs running around with guns," she sighed; just thinking of how soon her body would
mutate, because of that stupid lunatic Khane.

Risa held up a piece of plastic, letting the sun bounce of it. "Target practice if fun," she said. "I don't think it's very pleasant with a frisbee. You really have bad luck, don't you?" Risa laughed, reminding him of how he had hit himself twice with the frisbee.

Risa smiled, and held out her long pale hand. "My name is Risa," she said, tilting her head, so her still salt-water soaked hair fell to one side. "Are you going to give me your name, or will I always know you as 'that frisbee kid'?"

Risa laughed more, finding Zhuke's clumsiness amusing. She started to turn red, and tears filled up her eyes. Risa clutched her sides, unable to stop laughing. "You are so funny!" she laughed. "That was priceless!"

Risa straightened up, although she was still attacked by fits of giggling. "I'm here with my sister, but seeing as she is now wrapped up in her own little world with a boy, I need to find a way to have fun." Risa grinned. "Care to join me in the 'I'm too bored to move' club?"

Risa laughed again, "Poor boy," she commented, shaking her head a little. "You are so worse of than I am." She grinned from ear to ear. "Well, welcome to the club. Now, one you've gotten yourself together, what do you propose we do? I don't think frisbee is an option."

Risa laughed again. "Well, I suppose in your hands that leaves us few options," she answered, laughing again.

((Actually, events worked differently from the school, so existing in two places at once is alright. We should put that somewhere, I'll have to ask Phoenix about it.))

"You did?" Risa asked, raising her eyebrow. "Why worry about it now? Just relax, and enjoy the party for now." Risa smiled brightly. "I don't like to think about what's going on back on campus, it will only make you sick."

Risa sighed, shaking her head. "You are the sanest person I've met so far," she said. "I don't care if you blow up your bathrooms, just don't wander into the little girls room, otherwise you'll have a lot of enemies."

Risa sighed again, stretching her arms, already growing stiff from a lack of movement. "I've met a really insane person, Khane. If you ever hear anyone say that name, get outta wherever you are, fast." Risa started going into more detail.

Risa told Zhuke about her mishap in the church, the fact that she had almost been shot down by Khane, and the next moment he was forcing her drink his blood. "Now, I'm a time bomb," she said, rubbing her smooth arm. "Next time I see you . . . I might not look like this anymore."
